This store is awful. I asked a lady to hold a costume for me and when I came back the very next day she had sold it. I HATE halloween express all their materials are cheap quality despite their expensive prices. I paid 20 bucks for an Egyptian Wig and when I took it out of the packaging it was so matted and tangled that I couldn’t wear it. They wouldn’t even take it back. I will Never do business with them or recommend someone doing business with them again.

The online store is a scam. I bought a costume online, and it looked nothing like the picture. The materials were cheap, ill-fitting, and scratchy. I immediately put it back in the box, followed their return policy, and shipped it back at my own expense, and over a month later they sent me an email saying they can not resell it and won’t refund my $75+ dollars. They had the nerve to ask for my credit card again so they could charge me to send it back again!!! I will never buy anything from this cheap, dishonest store again. TERRIBLE!!!

I totally disagree with the review shown above. Last year, I paid over $250 to Halloween Express for the “expensive” costumes. These were decent. This year, I paid $90 for two costumes, and the quality was not only HORRIBLE, but one of the costumes was actually ripped in four areas. When I took it back to the store, the manager (who was NOT friendly at all, and certainly not empathetic) refused to exchange the torn outfit – even though I explained that it came out of the bag that way. All she would say is “you should have tried it on before you left the store.” That will be the last time I purchase anything from Halloween Express. It’s back to Halloween Spirit I go!
