Agree with all of the above. Most of the extra parts I received (charger, battery) never worked. About 70% of the time, if I had to switch batteries, the cartomizers would no longer work. Trying to contact customer service was worthless. even after cancellation, they continued to bill me. When itdidwprk, it was only “okay”. Awful company.

Terrible company and product, would not recommend! After a free reddit promotion they did, I heard that Victory was falsely charging people subscription fees.
I wrote them two e-mails days apart and got no response (ever). After calling multiple times and finally getting through, I spoke to a lovely woman in customer service who said she would remove the charges. I received not one, but two charges of $31.90 on my card. After speaking with the woman, she told me to speak to the higher up and I did.
The gentleman I then spoke with was incredibly rude. He kept saying that he would not refund my money, because then I could keep the refills they accidentally sent for $31.90 each without consequence. My argument was that, since it was their mistake, they should refund the money – despite acknowledging that it was their mistake, he refused to give me a refund. He then tried to argue that I would want the subscription anyway for my new year’s resolution, so I should keep it – hah! After me saying “no, I need a refund, you have taken over $60 for something I did not order”, he hung up! Absolutely unbelievable!
I called my bank’s fraud department, and they issued a stop order.
As a note, weeks later, I have still not received these refills that I would have had to send in order for him to return my money. What a terrible company!

They are pretty much the cheapest product I have ever purchased. I bought the “mgea” starter kit that included 25 cartridges and two batteries, and a charger, First off, the one battery came in DOA, the second one would not even charge a third time so lets recap I used the one for 2 days and then tried to recharge, and it would not; the second one was doa and never worked, then they tell me that they will send new batteries I ask what it it is the charger and have no hear back from them period. save your money do not buy victory e ciggs. Their customer support does not exist.

still waiting for product after 10 days with absolutely NO customer service response. terrible terrible place to purchase anything online let alone ecigs.
DO NOT buy from these guys unless you like waiting and waiting and waiting with no feedback from company. will more than likely blame it on the postal service even though the postal service doesnt control their customer service department.
