I hope their system is better than their service. I have not recieved my order and I can’t get in contact wth customer service. I also got charged $30.00 more than i was quoted which I made sure of the amount because I live in Hawaii and we always get charged extra for any mail orders. Also be ready for an onslaught of sales pitches from the salesperson.

This sucks !!!! Smoke assist is the worse e cigarette, I have ever used. I mean, you have to have the suction of a hooker to get anything out of it. It looks, and feels cheap. When, I first called to order, the woman was extremely rude, and she hung up on me. So, the next day a guy called back and was really nice, and polite. He, offered me everything for free, I paid absolutely nothing. All, I had to remember was to cancel within 2 weeks, or I would stay enrolled in the home cartridge program. But, he said I would get it delivered in 48 hours, it took 2 weeks. And, along with the cig kit, came my next two week supply of cartridges. So, I didn’t even get the chance to try my two week trial, before they sent my next refills.. I just hung up the phone with the rudest people in my life, and it’s supposed to be worked out, thanks to the help of my credit card rep. Anyway…The point is..stay away from this company !!!!! The instruction manual (not that you need one) looks to have been written by a 3 year old, full of typos, and backward sentences. That wasn’t a big deal, and was good for a laugh, but it didn’t help with the confidence level, of their product. I would personally, recommend south beach smoke, deluxe kit. It’s the best I have found.

One of the worst e-cigs I've ever used. Small batteries that don't last, cheap atomizers that need replaced weekly and never produce good vapor, and the liquid in the carts leak and don't taste right. Yeah, there's a reason that they'll give you the cigarette for free. They bill your cc $90 for 20 cartridges. I used 3 day to balance my pack a day habit. So it cost me almost $100 to smoke for about a week and a half. I recently found a kiosk at a local mall selling White Cloud e-cigs, tried them, and I'm extremely happy now. My advice, find a good electronic cigarette, pay the money for a good product, and you'll be happy too.
