much longer and taste a whole lot better. The look is awesome too!

The thing that impresses me most about South Beach Smoke e-cigs is their batteries. The battery is the most essential part of smoking electronically, and a lot of companies have really bad ones. I love that these are very powerful, incredibly resiliant, and loast a long time in between charging. It produces much more vapor than other types I have tried, and because of this, the “throat hit” is strong. You can really feel the nicotine, and all in all it goes down smoother without the smoke. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I have been smoking South Beach Ecig for over a year now and love it. They have the best customer service of any company. I have a membership witch is the best way to go, they replaces your batteries with no problem and any other problems they take care of right away. The vapor and taste is by far the best on the market. I have tried the two other top rated and found that SBS is by far the very best out there. Thanks SBS for saving my health and creating a second to none E-Cig!

Amazing electronic cigarettes. I never used e-cigs before, and I am so happy I chose south beach smoke. They are so much like the real thing, but so much better. I love the taste, the flavors rock, and they’re really easy to use. I also love how they feel when I smoke them. All in all, I am thrilled with the switch from tobacco to electronic.

I love the product and signed up for the home delivery program. Even ordered extra batteries and a USB charger -Was very happy until my order didn’t arrive. Called customer service and asked for a tracking number and first the girl said it was running late because of President’s day but when I kept pressing for a tracking number then she revealed that the full flavor menthol cartridges were on backorder and hadn’t even shipped yet even though they had charged my credit card a full week before. She kept sending messages to her supervisor to try and get me cartridges – but the only ones they had in stock were the weak cherry flavor and his solution was to substitute the weak cherry for the full flavor menthols I had ordered. I said no I don’t even like cherry. 45 minutes later there was still no resolution – I cancelled my order and was told my money would be refunded. Well that night they issued a tracking number and at first I thought well ok maybe they got the shipment in – I’ll accept the order but a week later the tracking number still can’t be found on UPS nor has a shipment come in. And guess what – still no refund on my credit card. I ended up ordering from Green Smokes and like these even better.

Got my kit 3 weeks ago and I am thrilled. Its been pretty much as advertised. I have been able to quit my regular cigarette consumption by about 90% and soon to be 100% hopefully. The product works very well. The battery lasts all day and a little bit of the 2nd day. The taste is great too. I use the menthol and it’s tastes very nice – sort of cool an crisp. I Just signed up to get my cartridges delivered automatically so I save 25% on those now too – not bad. The folks in customer service are always very helpful and nice. I would easily recommend South Beach Smokes.

I’m surprised to read the below comments…. I’m based in California, and got my first South Beach Smoke Kit within 2 days. That was 6 months ago… and my monthly refills have been arriving bang on time, every time since then. I just put in an order for the new super-max battery… at 4.2 volts this thing should help me master the art of blowing smoke(vapor) rings.. at long last!! can’t wait.

Customer service is unwilling to help with the real problems other then refill packs. The liquid gets everywhere and is the most awfull tasting stuff ever. I cant tell you how dissatisfied I am with this product. What a waste of time and money.

I have to agree with Lucy, it’s been two weeks since my order and my kit is still not in the mailbox and it’s friday again. They have apologized every time I call and knocked money off the order, but I don’t care about the money I want my ORDER, now I’ve had to resort to smoking actual cigs while I wait.

The damn tracking info they sent by email was USPS ,who has no record or matches to their own tracking number.

SBS needs to stop U.S.PostalNonservice and start using UPS or FEdex. Horrible horrible shipping times.

This is not the first time, this problem happens a little to often..
My order was shipped on febr. 11th and here we are febr,19th on a saturday and no delivery now I have to wait till monday that makes it the 21st . People at SBS costumer service keep apologizing to me but none have even bother to do anything about it, first 3 cartridges didn’t work so now I would be out before my next delivery but OK I was willing to wait a couple of days
“BUT THIS IS SERIOUSLY RIDICULOUS ”

I know that you are probably not even in this department, but wouldn’t you have at least rush deliver a couple of cartridges to ease my waiting, my husband is so upset he is closing his account and I want nothing to do with the advertising and affiliated program that I so proudly was part of.

I think South Beach Smoke Is a good product “not the best”compare to others, but this delivery problem happens so often that I makes me think two things….
1. Either I am not important as a costumer..or
2.they really do not care AT ALL…
