I’ve had good an bad experiences with Apollo. I was a long time user of the Apollo standard kit which I was very happy with until I started receiving cartomizers that wouldn’t work with older standard batteries. I was shipped replacements after I paid out of pocket to ship the incorrect or non-working cartomizers back.

I switched to the Superior eGo kit to enhance my vaping experience. Unfortunately my experience has been less than satisfactory. I received the kit with two bad batteries out of the box. Immediately after powering on they emitted a bad burning smell and would no longer function. A month later and after paying out of pocket again to return a defective product, I finally received replacements. I recently placed an order for a new clearomizer which when received would not function with a new eGo battery that I also purchased on the same order. Again I was asked to pay return shipping with tracking to get a replacement. Return shipping for me exceeded the cost of the clearomizer. At this point, I’ve decided that Apollo isn’t the company or brand for me.

I started smoking when i was 14 years old. I have watched all my grandparents die from smoking at a very young age. Yet i am 34 and still smoking. My boyfriend and his brother quit on apollo ecigs so i thought i would give it a try. They taste great! I am 3 weeks smoke free. I just started a new professional job and didnt want to be the girl who smells like smoke – not to mention i am starting to see the affects of smoking on my appearance. My 7 year old son was begging me to quit and honestly i was sick and tired of cigarettes controlling my day. I can go anywhere and smoke it and i have referred apollo to several friends who have now quit smoking too! It has changed my life and i look forward to being able to hike again and enjoy nature! Thank you Apollo for saving me from a miserable and always feeling sick life! You are doing wonders in peoples lives and you just keep coming out new and improved products! and i have lost weight! woohoo!”

After 55 years as a career smoker ( pack+ / day) I was resigned to the negative aspects of smoking and had no desire to put myself through the agonies of trying to quit yet again! I had tried several times for a few weeks to 18 months with the “help” of nagging, gum, patch, hypnosis, etc. but each time ended up deciding that it wasn’t worth the misery. Several months ago I read about electronic cigarettes and did some online research. I had no desire to stop smoking but thought that perhaps e-cigs might help me get through those times when I was going to be a guest in the homes of non-smokers over the holiday season (and the weather outside was frightful!). My Apollo Extreme Starter kit arrived early Dec. I was pretty skeptical, but willing to give it a shot in the privacy of my own home. To my utter amazement I realized several days later that I had almost forgotten about my regular cigarettes! My new e-cigarettes passed with flying colors, the in-house tests with family and friends, While impressed, they were understandably skeptical about my longer term success. I, too, was somewhat doubtful and delayed writing a testimonial until I was more confident. After 4 months, I was caught short when my order was delayed (through no fault of Apollo) and I broke down and bought a package of cigarettes. YUK!…….I couldn’t wait for my Apollo e-cigs to arrive!!!!!!! Now I am determined to build up a supply so that that can’t happen again. I still can’t quite believe how easily and comfortably I have become a non-smoker and am finally enjoying all the benefits that people used to tell me about which I certainly never experienced during my previous non-smoking episodes. I am spreading the word!

I had also ordered another brand in order to see if I could eliminate the import issues that seem to crop up occasionally, but I really didn’t like them as much as the Apollo product. I ended up giving them to a waitress in Cuba whose husband was threatening divorce if she didn’t stop smoking!

Apollo’s customer service is excellent……..quite extraordinary! I am definitely a FAN!

“Every time I see somebody who pulls out a piece of gum struggling not to pull out another cigarette, I always offer them to try my Apollo E Cig and they are ALWAYS very interested in where I got it. I always tell them, Apolloecigs.com! Love your product and I havnt had a full cigarette in so long now I can’t even count the days! You guys have BY FAR the BEST customer service, every time I need help with something I go straight to Dave, no one else! He helps me with everything I need every time I need it. After smoking for almost 10 years, I finally decided to move on. I tried two different kinds of ecigs, both of which were very cheap and faulty. I had almost given up when I stumbled across the Apollo website. I ordered a standard kit (which I received 2 days later) and I can’t believe the difference. The batteries last longer, The cartridges last longer (and taste better), and there is way more vapor than the others. Not only is the product better, but their customer service is astonishing. My emails were answered within minutes and they even called me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. This company is awesome and I’ve been recommending them to everybody I know. Thanks Apollo!

I have started out with your Apollo Standard starter kit for me and my wife. We have enjoyed it everyday I like that I can carry it around in my pocket everywhere. As I was looking to reorder my cartridge refills I saw that you have a new kit called the Apollo Extreme. I like that it is using the new cartomizers and that the battery is a bit longer just like my disposable that i first got. So i went a head and ordered the extreme for my self. I got it a week ago and boy do I love it. I found that I use it more when I am driving between each job site, I like that it came with a car charger and two batteries so I am never with out a fresh battery. Now with my new Extreme I can Puff in my truck and use my Standard kit when I am out and about.

1 star from me. I ordered 2 kits together with all the accessories I wanted and I received 1 kit with it’s own original box and the rest was just thrown in the bag. No original box for the other kit and manual instruction. The paint for the KGO batteries started peeling off and it’s not even 3 weeks old. Two out of 5 packs of carts were dried up. Service were bad after speaking to Ashley and Kim. What I paid for their product not worth a penny. I should have gone to Green Smoke. I am very disappointed with Apollo.

AMAZING product! I was one of those skeptics that believed she would never quit smoking..but now 3 months later i have not smoked ONE cigarette! I did a lot of research on electronic cigarettes ( forums etc) and read reviews, and saw high ratings on both a company called Blu and this company. The main deciding factor was who I was able to contact first, and that was Apollo. The prices were just right and the flavors were delicious. I would highly recommend this product!!

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Apollo ecigarette! I am glad that there is a much healthier alternative to smoking because, frankly, I like to smoke. I did extensive research on the web before concluding that Apollo ecigarettes are THE best deal out there! You get a lot of product for an excellent price. I find that Apollo ecigarettes are a great conversation piece. It gives me an opportunity to tell people what a fine product you have. Will I recommend Apollo ecigarettes to others? Without a doubt!!
