They falsely advertise that they ship the same day or next business day. They did not ship my order until a full four days after I placed my order. I even paid to have expedited shipping. They did not call or email to let me know so I had no opportunity to make alternate arrangements. I called three and four times a day to check on the order but no one ever picked up. And this was throughout their business hours. Obviously, they don\’t care about their business and they don\’t care about their customers either. After I finally got in touch with them through email, they just said sorry and did not make it right. If you are looking for a reliable company for paintball gear, look elsewhere. They will take your money and make promises but won\’t live up to their end of the bargain. There are plenty of other online paintball stores with equal or better prices and better reliability and better customer service.
