Customer service needs some serious adjustment:
I placed an order, got confirmation, but paypal didn’t go through. obviously something was wrong. Could I get someone to help me to get the product?
no.
here’s a transcript of what happened:

[Linda] I’ve checked in our Pay Pal account and it looks like unfortunately I wasn’t able to locate a transaction under your information; “Brian Vail”.
[Linda] It appears there may have been an error during check out that prevented the payment from being sent successfully, due to this, your order is actually on a “new” status in our system, which shows that payment had not been processed.
[brian] so what do i do, i got a confirmation and went through paypal… but nothing happened
[Linda] There was an issue with the payment but an order number was given. I’ve confirmed that your pay pal account has not been charged nor is there a pending settlement either. I’d recommend that you replace this order online with Pay Pal or a credit card if you’d like us to ship the order out this afternoon.
[brian] there isn’t an option on the website to pay, can you call me 510.334.5303

[Linda] If you’re paying through pay pal you can do that online through the same method you used to place the order.

I treat my dog Susie very well and I only want the best for her oral hygiene. I have gotten her dental chew bones and bad breath mouth drops and I’ve noticed they really work.
