The second time I followed the directions again and the pan leaked and was a sticky mess. I tried making brownies with peppermints and it turned out to be a stuck on complete mess. I sprayed every thing even though the pan says its nonstick and when the brownies were completly cooled I pulled the cutting tray out and the tops of all the brownies came off.
