This product is a TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! IT TOTALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!! If I were able to give a NEGATIVE star, I’d give it a NEGATIVE 10!!! THAT’S how BAD this product is!!!!!

I paid way to much fo a product that does not work. i did everything they tell you to do when you buy the product and my pictures fell of of the wall. So I added more uglu and guess what they still fell off. And I paid for double sets and I only received one set. It is not a good product.

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR MONEY ON! YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE THE PRODUCT THAT YOUR PAYING FOR! THEY SHOW LARGE PIECES, THEY WILL SEND YOU EXTRA SMALL PIECES! TOTALLY UNSATISFIED!

I bought the uglue product but what they show on TV is not what they send you, they send you very very small pieces, about 5 times smaller then what they show on TV. The customer service and supervisor department are very unprofessional when talking to them about this issue, they cannot help you in this matter…..they take your money but its not their problem if you are not satisfied….So if you buy it and your not satisified, you are paying them for two lots of shipping and handling for nothing!!! RIP OFF!!!

I bought UGLu for the express purpose of holding carpet runners to indoor outdoor carpet for our office at work. It worked great. I then used it for various household project including attaching toy wooden railroad pieces to a plywood sheet. It holds great and can be pulled up when done with no residue. The biggest problem I have is with their website. They advetise a 75 pc kit for $10 plus S&H. There is a “free” upgrade to double this amount to 150 pce kit with additional S&H. When I ordered this, the total was $23.98–$13.98 for S&H. I wanted to order two 75 piece kits for Christmas presents only to find that does not exist. You Have to order the 150 pc box for $23.98. I found the product for $7.99 on Amazon with free shipping because it was ordered with other items. Forget the online website!

I used uglu to glue carpet to wood. The carpet came loose in about a week. The glu strips are on the wood and I have tried everything I can think of to get it up but no luck. I now have these dark strips all over my wood floors. I called uglu and they said that they don’t know of anyway to get it up.

I purchased UGlu probably 8 months ago. Not only did the billing department mess up my order, but they charged my credit card 3x the amount. It took me over two months to get a credit for the correct amount due to me. When I received the product, I was excited to give it a try. I’ve tried many products without success, so UGlue was pretty much my last resort. Boy, what a disappointment! The only bonding it did was an 8×10 piece of paper to my wall! Everything else fell short of success! I tried to re-adhere a hook for a robe, my sons robe, to his wall, and within two days, it fell. I adhered a small push pin board to my desk back and within two hours, it fell – that was with all four corners glued. A small mirror with four corners glued plus the middle? Fell, within one hour. The box now sits in the back corner of my pantry where it will remain. I’ve considered using it for scouting supplies or crafts but I’m so disappointed that I’m tempted to call the company. What a complete waste of money. Don’t waste YOUR money either!
