Then, you cannot get out of the "ok, let me tell you about our shopping offers at...".There is ONLY automated Voice Recognition software and it is extremely frustrating! Finally, you will hear that your shipment will arrive in 2 - 6 weeks!?!This purchase was meant for a holiday joke gift however if you are attempting to order you will find that you already submitted your CC info first and never can get a Customer Service Rep so you have to simply continue to listen and repeatedly press the "0" for NO.
