So far two of the pillows had their inner seams come apart and they leaked loads of small beads on everything. I though this was pretty bad but yesterday one of their Total Compress pads exploded in the microwave. When I called their customer support to ask what kind of chemicals were in the blue liquid, "Mike" told me that he didn't know what it was but we should not use the microwave anymore as the chemicals might be dangerous. So all in all this is not a product anyone should buy. By the way they charge almost as much in shipping as the product so you are screwed even if you return it within the 30 day warranty period. I am going to report this to every government agency that I can find.

I purchased 4 Total Pillows and they came with two Total Compress pads.
