I called , A wonderful young man answered , his name was Ali , I order one runner first, In three days I got my order , I loved it , Ali helped me I could Cover my entire new house with very beautiful hand made rugs , Then I start ordering for my walls . My father was in rug business in Tabriz , I know good made rugs. Ali is only 23 years old he is the most honest sales man I ever met on phone or internet. Her extraordinary people skills and willingness to accommodate my eclectic requirements and certain indecisiveness totally eliminated my fears and worries. I purchased seven rugs from e-sale rugs, most of which were hand knotted. There was one return I could have prevented had I been more specific about my requirements. The return and selection of another rug went very quickly and smoothly. The second shipment brought many happy tears in my eyes. The semi-antique Kashmar and Tabriz Miss Mari examined for me and recommended were perfect in design, colors, size, and condition. I am now convinced that e-sale rugs is a very reputable business that is based on honesty and excellent customer service. You never know if the assistant who answers your first call is as good as my Mari but then you have a choice to ask for somebody else that will put you at ease. I have seen the hand weaving process on location when visiting Antalya, and I was stunt about the effort that goes into producing a small size Persian rug. I recommend you learn as much as you can about handmade rugs and acceptable imperfections to make your purchase less worrisome. Initially, I was very fearful about sending thousands of dollars to a place I never dealt with or visited before. Call it luck or good risk, all my purchases were win-win. I could not ask for more. After a 3rd attempt on my part, I finally found out that the rug I had purchased was falsely put online for the sale price by their tech team. I would not be receiving my rug and I would be refunded. They refused to give me the rug at the price I originally purchased it for. Terrible customer service. It is a shame, I thought I had a found a great place to buy rugs. But I will never by anything from a them again. You never know if their 'tech' people have the right prices online. Do your self a favor and STAY AWAY. WARNING.
