Having the same problem. Canceled an order made in June as soon as they told me it was backordered. Said they would issue a refund to my credit card that day. They didn’t. I’ve received no response from repeated phone calls and emails to customer service. Major rip off!

Please be aware that Nova Lighting will charge your credit card for items that are not in stock and when you ask for a refund they will claim to have lost your credit information and will have to issue a check for refund. Placed an order in March and was told in May that it was on an indefinite backorder status. Asked for a refund of $ owed to me. Nova Lighting has yet to issue me a full refund. They are a shady business and I would NOT recommend buying from them.
