I ordered filters almost two (2) weeks ago and although the website says they were shipped they never arrived. I called the 866-661-9727 phone number and it is just a recording, not even a business name. I think this is a scam. Now I’ll have to work with the CC folks to get the charge taken off my card.

Do not order here! I immediately called to cancel order because of incorrect filter model. No one returned my call, no responds to emails. They charged my account and received an email 4 days later that items have been shipped although I requested to cancel order. Over 3 weeks later, I have not received the order and repeatedly calling the toll free number, no one returns my call. This is a SCAM!

Same issues as all the other unhappy customers. Ordered the filter, received an email confirmation immediately but never received the filter. Tried calling and emailing for a couple weeks. Finally had to dispute the charge with my CC.

Filteroutlets.com appears to be a scam. They took our payment, but did not ship the filter. They don’t respond to email or answer their phone. Purchase at your own risk.

I ordered a set of 3 filters and I got the order and there was only 2 filters but they charged my card the full price. I tried calling them right away and there was never any answer and I left tons of messages.
I also tried to find another way into the company. The box shows Amazon.com address, but the packing slip was from a company called Deep Discounts co – could not find that company anywhere. I also called Amazon and they had no record of my order.
We will just say I am not a very happy person right now. I am working on getting the charge off my credit card. I could not return the filters even if I wanted too – wouldn’t know where to send it.

Ordered a couple of sets of filters from filteroutlets.com. Web-site indicated that your credit card would not be charged, unless your order could be fulfilled.
It’s also noted, that you will receive an email to notify you that your order has shipped, and to give you tracking information.
Around 4 days after my order was placed, I realized that my credit card was charged on the day I placed the order.
I had not received any email letting me know the filters were shipped, so I emailed the company.
To make a long story short, I never received any response to multiple emails, and multiple calls. I never received any filters, and I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company, which refunded my money almost immediately.
Also, when calling up filteroutlets.com, their outgoing message sounds like someones personal phone number you’re calling.
You would have no idea that you’re calling a business.
All in all, I’m not very pleased with having wasted my time.
