I advise to stay away from this company. The sales rep(Katie) are very misleading and deceptive. Will use any tactic to sell you a shutter. The installers(Ed) are horrific will do a shoddy install and blame it on the manufacture for incorrect size. Will leave nails protruding throughout your window and make your home look like a hack job. Not to mention, they use subcontractors? (who don’t have contractors license)Customer service(Andrea) is really bad they laugh at you and the customer service manager(Mike Sanders) is not willing to have your issues resolved. I paid $5000 for thermalite shutters and a transferable warranty that has been expired within 2 months. I received three different types of shutters. I don’t understand. I am stuck with bad shutters and I have no recourse. If you don’t believe me go to the Better Business Bureau and see their rating (B+)!!! How can a company of this magnitude have such a low rating. One more complaint and they will recieve a “C” good job!! Theis company is very unprofessional.
