Then I tried the AB CIRCLE PRO. I LOVE IT! I would be more of a cripple person without this unit. Even if I have knee pain I force myself to use this and then I feel better, I can walk better. My waist has had some improvement too, but if I only used it so I can walk better, it is well worth every dime! I had started walking hunched over from my knees, now I walk better because my back is better too, your posture changes. I recommend this for anyone who has back or leg pain. I tried therapy THIS IS BETTER! THANK YOU FOR THIS GET MACHINE.
