TheraBreath Toothpaste and Oral Rise Reviewed

I first learned about TheraBreath toothpase and TheraBreath oral rise after some intensive searching online and reading about all the different bacterias that live in your mouth, causes of bad breath, and bad diet and things like that. That’s when I found Dr. Katz TheraBreath products and decided to try it out. The TheraBreath products were specifically engineered to combat bacteria and causes of bad breath which seemed to be more worthwhile than having to rely on breath mints. I mean it’s better to solve the problem directly than just covering it up right?

When Dr. Katz TheraBreath toothpaste, oral rinse and tongue scraper came, it was like a bad breath combat kit here to save my day, or save my dates =)

The instructions were not complicated and I had expected some crazy rigorous routines like some kind of diet plan for bad breath. I was surprised as how easy it was and even over did the instructions just to be sure. I was desperate and had to eliminate my bad breath.

It’s been a while since I used the TheraBreath toothpaste and oral rinse, but the instructions were:

Rinse using the TheraBreath mouthwash/oral rinse
Use TheraBreath toothpaste on tongue scraper and gently scrape the surface of your tongue 15 times
Brush your teeth using the TheraBreath toothpaste
Then rinse again using the TheraBreath oral rinse

After using the bad breath kit for the first time I was pretty surprised. But only time would tell and I would have to wait until the morning to find out how efficient the stuff is on eliminating bad breath. The other thing is I had to do the TheraBreath brush, scrape, and rinse routine 2-3 times a day for a few weeks to completely eliminate my bad breath once and for all.

So I am sure you want to know if TheraBreath toothpaste and rinse actually worked for getting rid of my bad breath… well I have no problem admitting I used to have bad breath because the stuff works for getting rid of bad breath.

The reason I wrote this review is because it’s been over a year and my breath smells bad again so it’s time for me to order TheraBreath toothpaste and some oral rinse again. I am going to order more this time because I already know it works.

I really liked using TheraBreath’s product. I think I’m going to get it again. I was looking for a toothpaste without SLS (apparently it causes canker sores), so I relieved to finally find something. I haven’t used TheraBreath for too long yet, but so far so good.

I don’t remeber when my breath started stinking so bad but eventually my bad breath became a problem and was extremely embarrassing to me especially when having to meet or talk to people in close proximity. I would always try to talk out of the side of my mouth and it probably looked ridiculous and obvious. I always thought people just knew I had bad breath because of the way I talked. I got the TheraBreath PLUS starter kit a few weeks ago and it’s working very well on my bad breath.

I had had really bad breath and no matter how many times I brushed my teeth, mouth, and tongue, it didn’t seem to make a difference because after and hour I had bad breath again, and even worse in the morning. My morning breath, or dragon breath was even bad for me. Just the taste in my mouth was horrible, like something died in my mouth. One person I was with at the time said it smelled exactly like dog ****.

TheraBreath toothpaste worked for getting rid of bad breath for sure. Not sure about the oral rinse because I didn’t order that, but after using their toothpaste, I am sure it’s good.
