LAST PURCHASE WAS ORDERED ON MONDAY AND RECEIVED FRIDAY. I HAVE 2 ISSUES WITH THEM. WHEN YOU ORDER BY PHONE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A THANK YOU FROM THEM. ALSO, THE PACKAGE WAS POORLY PUT TOGETHER. THE TAPE WAS LOOSE AND THE STYROFOAM PEANUTS USED TO PACK THE 2 BOTTLES IS NOT THE BEST WAY TO SHIP. OTHER SITES USE BUBBLE WRAP AND TAPE THE BOTTLE. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD TESTER INVENTORY. I FELT BAD WHEN I READ ALOT OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS, AS I AM HOPING I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. REGARDING SCENTED MONKEY

On November 18th, I was forced to contact ScentedMonkey and notified them because I hadn't received the package. After countless emails, I received a response from Joshua on December 15th requesting my order number which I provided.Joshua responded by providing me with a UPS tracking number wherein I learnt that a claim was paid on December 2nd. I sent numerous emails to Joshua requesting a refund .He finally responded on January 20th and told me that I was refunded through Paypal on December 21st. Not seeing a credit to my credit card, I enquired of Paypal and was told that they never received this refund. I also contacted UPS and they confirmed paying this claim and advised me to let ScentedMonkey contact them if they denied hearing from them (since their is to deal with the shippers and not customers). I related my findings from UPS and Paypal to Joshua but didn't receive a response. ScentedMonkey has received a refund on my order from UPS on December 2nd and kept it. I haven't received my perfumes and I am out of pocket $61.29. Had I known that this company had such a bad reputation, I would not have conducted any business transactions with them.
