OMG! This product is ridiculous! it’s gummy, thick, the color is off, needs mixing with other shades to achieve desired tone. It’s tacky to the touch, it leaves my legs looking dirty and uneven, no matter how much smoothing, it’s dries to a tacky finish right away, but still leaves a mess on clothes, car seats, couches, you name it…The moisturizer that comes with it, is awful, and does little to help the blending and smooth application. I went out to the beach after applying, when I got there, in the glorious light of a bright sunny day; I was too embarrassed to take off my cover up because my legs looked like they had spakled on make up, and it really looked like dirt or mud, just horrifying!!! I sent it back for a refund. That’s a great concept; maybe a better chemist, more factory tweaking, maybe better quality ingredients.

why dont they give out free samples first in all three colors and let the people try it… before they by it the reason is because they them self no’s its dont really work just away to get fast money cause they know we like buying stuff as well.

I had no problem putting it on, but it looked so fakey, everyone knew I had something on my legs. My biggest problem came when I wanted to send it back. Customer service must be in India, and they are so hard to understand, I got $7.99 back and that was it. I thought I was agreeing to not getting my $7.99 shipping back, which I could understand, but that wasn’t the case. So unless you are Indian and can understand them, Good Luck with getting any good service at all. I sometimes wonder if this company hires them for just that reason. Very unhappy in Ohio.

I received Right to Bare Legs just days ago. My left thigh, the spider veins seem bad. It only covers and hides the most prominent blue of the long vein I have, but the color isn’t 100% a match. I ordered medium. I am Italian and naturally have dark skin. I have been tanning outside, but still not exact shade. It is orangey in color. And it can rub off on your clothes. I would recommend putting your shorts on first, put your sunblock on, then apply the product.
I would recommend using Shear Cover instead. At least you get the SPF 15 if you plan on laying out in the sun.

This stuff is hard to put on, and it NEVER dries, which is a real bummer.

okay but pricey.

I bought this product to cover up a tatoo on my calf. I give it 3 stars because it eventually did the job, but there were some challenges. First, it took almost 1/3 of the tube to cover the tatoo (which is about about a foot long but only about 2 inches wide), so at this price I’d have to be very careful about when to use it. I can’t imagine using it every day for your whole legs unless you have the money to use a tube a day.
It also was annoying to apply, even after the moisturizer. Very messy. Don’t use your hands! unless you don’t mind spending 5 minutes scrubbing them to get the product off. It does really stick, like they say, not just to legs but to hands, the tube, and your countertops. I’d say apply it with a cosmetic sponge. They should get rid of the sponge top applicator (useless and annoying) and just make it easier to squeeze from the tube. Also, be prepared to do a lot of blending if you want it to look natural. But, after 3 coats and a lot of blending, the tatoo was mostly invisible and the product did last well.

I purchased this product in the hopes that this could actually be something that would work.. Well I WAS WRONG!! It is not water proof (came off in the rain) it is not transfer proof (was all over my clothes and work chair)and unless you put a whole tube on a mark of some kind it does not cover either. I was so dissapointed. I called the company back and they said to try using another moisterizer with it as they have had issues with that. So I did. Same results. Called them back and they said that they would refund me $19.99 which was for the cost of the shipping but also said don’t send it back. So that tells me they have a lot of people sending it back and now don’t even want to bother with it. I am still out money but at least I got some of it back. The Sally Hansen spray for legs that you get at the drug store for $15.00 is just as good if not better. So ladies don’t waiste your money on this.

Not all that! Looks like you’re wearing makeup on your legs which you are, but this is not a lotion, more of a cakey foundation. The tan is too dark for me and the medium is too light. They told me shipping would take 4-6 weeks! What? I still ordered it hoping that was not the case but it was. Summer is a season of three months where I live–not everyone lives in CA! As far as the coverage goes it does cover the spider veins but not completely and not any better than the much cheaper Sally Hanson leg spray which I will continue to use as it is more natural looking. They don’t make it easy to return the product either so we will see how it goes. I’m guessing I’ll have to wait 4-6 weeks before I see any credit on my card!

This stuff is like putting on red clay.
It is advertised to not streak or rub off.
Both are incorrect. I tried several methods to get a smooth application. It always look streaked. Because it dries so quickly, the product either was too light in some areas or obviously thick and darker in others.
As for coming off, I waited at least one half hour before putting on my shorts. My shorts aren’t tight, but they were difficult to put on. They dragged on my skin as I tried to pull them up. And, what a mess inside my shorts when I took them off. I am so happy I put a towel in my computer chair befor I sat on it. There was a deffinite imprint of where my legs rested on the seat.
Also, washing off with soap and water, it really messed up one of my white wash cloths. I hope the stain comes out with bleach.
I am most certainly sending this back. It was such a mess, I wouldn’t even offer the second tube to a friend to try.
Do hope this helps someone else.

This product definitely does not do what is claimed. The claim that it is water proof, smudge proof, and transfer proof is a false claim. I followed the directions and even after hours it still comes off on my clothes. I am keeping it just to use on my hands which have a lot of dark spots due to sun damage and old age, but will not use on my legs nor arms because it will ruin my clothes.

I thought this stuff was junk. I was recently diagnosed with psoraisis and thought this would be the perfect thing to cover the red spots. I was extremely disappointed. You have to work fast and they do tell you that but I found it hard to blend and the more I tried, the sponge fell off. I finally got it on as best I could without the sponge but I thought it looked like a very heavy pancake makeup and completely unnatural. I have a hard time believing it covers tattoos because it didn’t much cover my red spots. I ended up using a wet paper towel with a bit of soap on it and that helped blend it a bit more but it still looked weird. With what I have left in the tube, I may try mixing it with some lotion next time. I definitely won’t buy it again.
