Much to me disappointment the motor of the machine did not work. Even after safely putting the top of the blender on and checking the reset button. I took the blender back to the store and asked the manager to make sure the blender works before leaving the store. Well when I got home the machine work for one day and after that, the motor no longer worked. I took the 2nd machine back to the store for a refund.I was very disappoint on the hype of this blender and to see that it was a dud I purchased a blender from Bed Bath & Beyond about 3 months ago.
