I have the most difficult time styling my hair. It always becomes tangles while I am trying to curl it. Styling my hair has been hard for me to do my whole life. For many years I kept my hair short simply because I can't seem to do anything with it and short hair allowed me to not have to style my hair. I always looked for curling irons or hairbrushes that would make the job a little easier for me, but I could never find one that would help. When I began to use the In Styler I could tell right away that there was something different about it. It seemed like I may have actually found something that would allow me to style my hair in a way that will have it looking good. I was very happy that the In Styler was so simple to use. It also worked without pulling my hair and causing me a lot of pain. I usually get pain when I am tugging on curling irons, this one was different though. I saw it on tv as the best styling tool and purchased two – for myself and my daughter… waste of money, just sits in the bathroom… I find it deliver minimum results while taking long time… t there are no miracles, I guess

This product is horrible, after four uses, with heat protectant serum, my hair is crap, I have curly hair, and this product made it really poofy, I regret buying this product. It was a total waste of money.

I really like my Instyler. It works well and after some practice quite quickly. My very basic style holds up all day. Unfortunately my 2 yr old knocked it on the floor and the impact took it’s tolI will be purchasing another. My mostly straight kinda frizzy hair can’t live with out it!

This item is garbage. Do not buy the Instyler. I used it maybe 10-15 times and I went to straighted my hair the other day and the top to the barrel came off.There are screws inside that just fell out as well. I was unable to fix this, called customer service and its a 1 year warranty which expired 2 weeks ago and they refused to help me in any way. I bought this thing for $100 and they can careless and would not help me 1 bit. What a rip off this company is. I feel like I had been scammed.

After about 3 uses in 13 months, my InStyler literally fell apart this morning. With half my hair straightened and the other half curly, the rotating iron portion came loose, the top cap popped off, and screws came out. I waited for the iron to cool and tried to fix it, but to no avail. So I called the company, only to find out that the 12 month warranty expired one month ago! I asked for the supervisor, explained the story and number of uses, and was told there is nothing he could do. I said, surely you can send me a new one, since you are the supervisor, and its just 13 months since purchase. He told me he was “sorry I feel he cannot help me”, to which I replied, “I don’t FEEL you cannot help me, you literally are NOT helping me”. He held his ground, so I told him I would blog about this and email all the women I know. Do Not Buy this piece of cheap crap made in China…3 uses and 13 months later, and your $140 is in the toilet

I am very excited about my new InStyler. I used it at a friend’s house, and my hair looked amazing. I would definitely say that if you think it is not working for your hair to read the instructions again. It takes a few times of using the InStyler to get used to it.

This product didn’t work at all for me and was more difficult than anything I have every used but the real problem comes when you try to return it. The company makes it difficult and time consuming. They will try to talk you out of returning it everytime you try to call.

My in styler broke after 5 months. The end cap came off. Until then I did like the product. Just not worth the money if it falls apart so soon.

I just bought mine today, and I love it! Straightening my hair has never been this easy for me…I didn’t do the trial, I bought mine from Bed, Bath & Beyond which has a “no questions asked” return policy, but even still, I don’t see myself returning it anytime soon!

It’s not true. DON’T BUY IT! I don’t even have a coarse or curly hair and it didn’t work. It didn’t make my hair straight. It made it more frizzy. READ CAREFULLY THE RETURN POLICY… YOU WON’T GET YOUR TRIAL MONEY OF 14.99 BACK, plus you’ll be spending extra on having it shipped to you and shipping it back to them if you don’t like it. It’s not worth it. Get a Sedu instead. It’s fast and you can also curl your hair with it. It doesn’t burn your hair and makes it very silky and shiny.
