When the shipping box arrived there were only 5 items inside.  There was no evidence the box had been opened or tampered with during shipping.  The contents and packing materials were tight inside the box - in looseness indicating something had been removed in transit.  FragranceShop.com insists on filing a claim with USPS when they shipped via UPS!!!  What&#039;s with this.  I&#039;ve phoned and emailed without any satisfaction.  They won&#039;t replace or refund.
