Don’t order this product. It cost $69 per month. They fool you with the free trial and claim you can whiten your teeth for a fraction of the cost of going to the dentist. but the only give you 14 day to try it from the time that you order. If you don’t send it back(if they don’t receive it back within the 14 days) they charge you for the full month of product. This is not customer service.
Dont let them get away with it. Call your credit card company and they will do a charge back and credit your account.

BE-AWARE…Dazzle SMile is a Big rip off they will send you a trail tube for the shipping price but they are going to charge you $87.62. I called the customer service# and they were very rude I had to send the product back and deal with thos rude customer service reps. I still havent receive a refund and when I ask for a corp.# all I got was a address…I do not recommend this product to anyone that little tube they send is not worth $87.62

This is a wonderful product. My son and daughter use it, and I’ve bought it a few times over the last year. It tastes great and works without too much effort. The customer service department is friendly and very responsive.

Do not order this product. I hated it and after I sent it back they said I didnt and I was charged the $69.99 anyway. The really screwed up part is they wont refund me but they offered to send me a replacement tube if hollywood sexy smile which I sent back because I hated it and it didnt work. If you like money or white teeth dont order this product.

Watch out for the wording on their advertisement. They will tell you that it is a 14 day trial and send you 30 days. If you do not carefully follow all of their terms to a t, they will start collecting your hard earned money. It is amazing all of the terms they ask you to follow, when they are not exactly clear with their information and do not even follow their own terms. Example: They tell you that they will confirm your order before shipping to make sure that you have made the right choice. So when we got our confirmation call, we told them that we no longer wanted the product and they said too bad we have already sent it. Oh and by the way we sent a 30 day trial period and if you don’t send it back in time we will charge you full price. Oh yes, you have to pay to send the 30 days worth of materials back not the 14 days that we thought we should have received. When we asked why we had 30 days being delivered, they replied that they didn’t want to interrupt the process. These conversations were not done in a pleasant way. When I asked for further contacts, I was told that all I could do was write to an address that seemed more like a mailbox than a corporate headquarters. There was no telepone number that I could call other than the one that connected me to the rude telemarketers.
How can you trust a company’s product when information is so hard to pry from their own marketers, when they advertise a 14 day trial period and they send you a 30 day supply and expect you to pay for it or pay for the shipping for it or when they do not even follow their own terms. Believe me none of this is free and definately not free of a headache. If nobody corrects these issues, they will continue to rip off many others.
