I purchased a personalized book for my granddaughter with this company. I paid $29.95 for what amounted to a personalized paperback book. I think this is overpriced and for the amount of personalization (one mention of friends) it’s not worth it. You can buy a very quality book for thirty dollars. I contacted identity direct and they said “just return it”. Unfortunately I had already promised my granddaughter the book having been caught up in the write up about it prior to ordering.

I order a child’s place mat. when I received the item, it was not laminated properly and I promptly emailed the customer service link from the seller’s website. I received a message stating that it was no longer a valid email and I resent an email to the address forwarded back to me for the new contact. After another month, I finally called the company and found out the I have to incur the shipping charges to send the item back to them for them to correct the problem. What kind of company is this…I would highly recommend that you not order from them-find somewhere else to receive your merchandise from….or you too can wind up paying shippin charges to correct the company’s mistake.
