I ordered the product on July 7, and was notified by a shipping notice email that it didn't get processed until July 18...12 days later. I was never told this, and even called to ask how many days it would take to ship- I was told two. This is embarassing to the company, I will not use this website again. They weren't delivered as of 10 so I called. I talked to Peggy, who, when I asked to cancel the order, then told me that the order was suddenly shipped and it was too late to cancel and we would get the invitations by the following Tuesday. I checked the tracking number, which was emailed over the weekend, and they didn't ship out on Friday when I talked to her, but yesterday (Monday) and will arrive tomorrow, Wednesday. I was lied to and and invitations will be so late that they will arrive three days prior to the RSVP date actually printed on the invitations. Horrible customer service, horrible company.
