I have used this company many times, I have found them helpful and informative. The customer service I received was prompt and efficent. All of my issues were addressed. I have dealt with several different vendors who electronically distribute games. Direct2Drive is by far my favorite and when I am looking for a particular game I check there first.
Their information on what will and won’t work on my system has been accurate and well detailed. I have found their pricing to be both fair and competitive. I have had no issues with this company.

This company knowingly sells to children products that they are aware will not likely work on their computer and then refuses to refund the money for the defective product. When the child writes to request help they mislead the child on ways to fix the “problem” until the refund period is past, knowing the problem is the computer will not run the game. Their customer service is horrible. BEWARE of this Company. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau and http://www.ic3.gov. And any other site that reviews this company. Definitely a scam.

Here is an example of their support after paying $19.95 for a game and within the next 2 days, it was on sale for $5.00. I was simply looking for the difference in price to be refunded! (notice it’s not even proper English?) What is this world coming to? Someday, companies are going realize how much money they are actually loosing due to this type of service. But they will never change unless we demand it and stop buying because of it.
