PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM AUTO PARTS WAREHOUSE. SCAM SCAM SCAM. BOUGHT A ALTERNATOR called AUTO TRUST BRAND COST $172.00. THEY SENT A Replacement BRAND instead. ON THERE SITE COSTS $70.00.They bate and switch.Promised overnight shipping and that didn’t happen.Took 3 days. I HAVE SENT EMAILS AND LEFT PHONE MESSAGES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE LAST 20 DAYS. THEY WILL NOT REPLY. THEY CLEARLY RIPPED ME OFF. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!

I HAD RECIEVED A COUPON CODE FOR A FATHERS DAY SPECIAL OFFERING 20% OFF TOTAL
SALES PRICE FROM AUTO PARTS WAREHOUSE. LAST NIGHT STARTING AT ABOUT 7:00 PM
I GOT ONLINE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SALE AS MY TRUCK MOTOR JUST BLEW UP AND I
NEEDED A CLUTCH KIT TO REPLACE THE OLD ONE AND A FEW OTHER THINGS AS WELL. I LIVE IN A VERY RURAL AREA WITH VERY OLD PHONE LINES AND MOST PEOPLE DON’T REALIZE HOW
DAUNTING A TASK IT IS TO GO TO A SITE LIKE AUTOPARTSWAREHOUSE.COM AND RESEARCH DIFFERENT PARTS AND THEN ORDER THEM. WHEN I WAS RESEARCHING THE DIFFERENT CLUTCH KITS ONE WOULD HAVE A DETAILED EXPLAINATION OF WHAT COMES WITH THE KIT, THEN ANOTHER OF THE SAME BRAND BUT MORE EXPENSIVE WOULD HAVE A MINIMUL DESCRIPTION WHICH
LEFT ME SCRATCHING MY HEAD AS TO WHAT TO DO.
I HAVE A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE PICKUP WITH LOCKING REAR ENDS AND THE FIRST CLUTCH I PUT IN IT BROKE THE FOUR MAIN RIVETS HOLING THE CLUTCH PLATE TOGETHER, WHEN IT FAILED LUCKILY I WAS ON THE 58 HEADING DOWN TO BAKERSFIELD, MINIMUL TRAFFIC AND PEOPLE THAT WERE WILLING TO HELP ME, WHEN THE CLUTCH PLATE GIVES WAY YOU ARE GOING NOWHERE. GETTING BACK TO LAST NIGHT I HAD TO PLACE MY ORDER BY MIDNIGHT OR THE DEAL WOULD BE CALLED OFF, MIDNIGHT ROLLED AROUND AND IN FRUSTARTION I TURNED OFF THE COMPUTER AND WENT TO BED.
THIS MORNING I CALLED A.P.W. AND EXPLAINED THE ORDEAL THAT I HAD GONE THROUGH HOPING THAT THEY WOULD GRANT THE DISCOUNT ANYWAY, I HAVE SPENT OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS WITH THEM OVER THE LAST SIX YEARS SO EXPECTED THAT IN TURN THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION AND GIVE ME A DISCOUNT CODE TO USE FOR THE 20% DISCOUNT.
THEY WOULD NOT, AND TO MAKE A LONGER STORY SHORTER I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. THESE HUGE COMPANIES THESE DAYS JUST DON’T UNDERSTAND GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THEY DON’T MAKE AS MUCH MONEY THROUGH THE DISCOUNT BUT THEY LOOSE A
CUSTOMER FOREVER.
