I called Rushmypassport.com atleast 5 times before deciding to use their service. I repeatidly asked ok is this the exact price? They said O yes thats all mam. LIES! After i paid they wanted even more money, which i then told them i would go else where, I filled out my refund the same day and it has been 30+ days and still no refund! bad enough i lost out all the money on a charity event i paid to go to and cant even go now i cant even get a refund from these people. It took them 2 seconds to take the money out of my account, THEY keep saying stuff on their site about the contract the contract WELL IT ALSO SAYS A REFUND WILL TAKE 15-30 DAYS! SCREW rushing a passport RUSH MY REFUND!

Rush my passport did nothing for me. I paid them over the internet, gave them all the information they needed, and two weeks later, still nothing. I inquired as to the hold up and could not get a straight answer. I finally went to the post office and got my passport in about two weeks. I tried to get a refund from Rushmypassport and they refused to give me one, saying I had violated the contract. They would never expain how. Now, mind you, while all this was going on, I was a patient at the Wounded Warriors project at an army hospital, recovering from injuries incurred in Iraq. When I told them this, and asked if that would have some bearing on my refund, they said no, and that I had obviously forgotten how things worked in America while I was gone. These people are dispicable and I would recommend staying as far away from them as possible.
