Are you kidding me!?! Don’t use National Credit Report.com! I have used a lot of credit reports online and this one is by far the worst. Don’t try calling them either to complain because they will just get snappy with you and treat you like and idiot. I have never been so badly treated by anyone. If I had a choice I wouldn’t recommend this site to my worst enemy.

I promptly received my credit report from http://www.nationalcreditreport.com, but had a similar experience with their so called customer service. I sent 3 emails explicitly stating to cancel my account immediately so I could avoid the $14.95 fee. I called as well, and after being on hold for 27 minutes, began speaking with a representative. I asked her to cancel my account, which she did. I made it very clear that I did not want my account charged and she said that it would not be. This was one week ago and I’m wishing I had her statement in writing because I just got charged $14.95. I do not recommend http://www.nationalcreditreport.com to ANYONE!!! It seems that their “free” credit report implies that they will charge your account regardless of your actions.
