I purchased a chain and pendant of $550 from them. When it arrived it was the wrong heart pendant. It does not look like the on on their website which I purchased. I have been trying to contact them unsuccessfully for two weeks via email as I live n South Africa and all our communications have been via email. Further more the diamonds on it looks a bit yellowish and are not all set on the same height….. Never again.

I purchased a ring for my husband from The Sea of Diamonds. It is a nitrol ring with cords in the ring. I bought the ring about a year ago, and gave it to him about three months ago. After ONE WEEK of use, one of the cords slid out of the ring. When I called customer service, they said it would be a $100 fee on the $300.00 ring I just bought! Then, the man I spoke to said that it must be caused by misuse of the ring! I was appalled at how poorly the quality of the ring was, and even more appalled at the customer service. I will NEVER shop here again.

I took two rings into this business to have sized. After looking at my rings, the saleslady called a second person in from the back to look at them. They then told me that the rings could not be sized because they were “costume” pieces and heat would make the gold color come off. I said “Really? So, the stones aren’t real either?” and they said “No.”
Here is the kicker: the one ring (I am not sure about the other one, it was a gift) was purchased by me from Zales Jewelers and DIAMONDS BY THE SEA HAD CHARGED ME FIFTY DOLLARS LAST YEAR TO PUT A NEW “GOLD” SHANK ON IT!
