I wanted to disagree with the above comments. i actually ordered my LiftKits back in January. I screwed up and put the wrong mailing address. when i emailed LiftKits, they corrected the address. but unfortunately i was traveling and really wanted them so they arranged to have my liftkits delivered to my hotel in Torrance, CA for me. When i received my package not only were the pair i ordered in their but so was an extra pair for the inconvenience they said. I was so happy. i think they give great customer service. Good luck! By the way, i love my LK’s and where them every time i go out to the bars or the clubs….

They seem like a scam run buy a bunch of hollywood weirdos. They take cheap chinese made massed produced crap. Put it in a pretty box. Have a bunch of freaks make videos for them. Mark the price up 1000%. There you have it..

I ordered a pair of these liftkits over a month ago. I originally ordered them with the intent of wearing them to my brother’s wedding. However, not only did the lift kits arrive too late, but I recieved two “right-footed” insoles. I called for them to send me a new pair, but it has been three weeks and I still have not received the product. Customer Service is terrible. The company does not seem very legitimate at all. I would advise not buying anything from them. There are several other insoles you can buy from legitimate companies.
