I just joined JustFab and was getting ready to place an order. Luckily I didn’t enter any financial info yet. I’m so happy I decided to check this page before I did anything drastic. Thank you so much for the heads up. Is it true that Kimora Lee Simmons owns JustFab???
Guess I’ll continue buying my shoes in a store (LOL)!! Thanks again.

This business is a SCAM..if they were legit they would put “memrbership fees charged each month if you con’t click the skip button” on a big bold banner. why would anyone want a membership to a shoe website? They ripped me off for $79.99, however I did get the other two charges reversed and I am still working on the store credit of the other two charges…I will perservere ..I will also contact the BBB about the deceptive practices.Another poster on a different review site counted the words in the 6 page contract explaining how the membership works and I believe their were 6,000 words…come on let’s be real I’m ordering a purse! Not a life long relationship…what a rip 0ff.

Hey I had a small problem viewing your website but other then that it’s a really nice site
Review by Teresa October 4, 2011
knew about the membership charge when I first signed up. my beef is with how the company is run, I first signed up in July 2011 and fell in love with a cute pair of heels, I promptly ordered them after signing up. well after about three weeks of “shipping status: pending” my patience had run its course so I called customer service to see what was going on, the woman that I talked to had told me that her computer showed that they should have shipped weeks ago so she put me on hold while she “called” the warehouse manager she then proceeded to inform me that the shoes would ship first thing in the morning and everything was all in the clear and I was offered a credit for a pair of shoes for my problems. fast forward two more weeks “shipping status: STILL PENDING” WTH by this time I am so frustrated with things I am ready to do an exchange so I call in and tell them what is going on and they look into where my shoes might be located. The new rep puts me on hold and gets back on the line to tell me that the shoes had been sold out the week before i signed up to order them!!! Can someone please explain why the website still displayed an in stock in my size and why the other rep and warehouse manager had assured me two weeks previous that the shoes were in stock and I should be getting my shoes. to top it all off the shoes I was willing to exchange for are now also sold out and my monthly boutique selections seem to be getting uglier and uglier every time. I have yet to get a pair of shoes from them I am hoping canceling my account will not be as hard as I have read.

I too was hopeful and even though my first selection was too big, I easily exchanged it for another and thought this isn’t so bad, but when I got the replacement shoe it was too small at the toes and too big at the heal. I called and said I did not want any more and just wanted to quit, the customer service gal convinced me to try another time and reassured me my next selection would be just right. I just got it today and it is so small I can not even get my foot into the shoe at all. Every shoe is made from man made materials and looks and feels very cheaply made. I called to return and ask for a refund and was told that I did not qualify for a refund and they also charged my card another 39.95 even though I had chosen a selection — so now they have even more of my money and refuse to return it. I can not even cancel or I will loose the credit I have so I have to keep trying to find a shoe that fits and returning until I do. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and not helpful at all the minute you tell them you do not want to continue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.

LADIES BE WARE! I am a new customer of Just Fabulous (and have only placed 1 order) but will be canceling my subscription as soon as possible. Today I received what I though was the order I place. After opening the package I discovered that I had received another woman’s order. Included in the box was a shipping form with her full name, shipping address, phone number, billing address, and the last 4 digits of the Visa card used to place the order. After reading about and experiencing fraudulent credit charges first hand I immediately called Just Fabulous to get the situation straightened out. I spoke to the Customer Service Representative (who was less than concerned about the mishap) and she emailed me a return-shipping label so that I could return the shoes.
Due to her lack of concern (about what I consider a very serious incident) I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to someone (who shared the same lack of concern as the Customer Service Representative) and explained my story again. She said that situations like this “rarely” happen (meaning they have happened before, yikes!) and told me she would notify the warehouse. Knowing how upset I would be if it was my information being sent to a random person I started to explain the privacy and possible legal implication this could cause. I wanted to know that she understood that Just Fabulous has access to some very serious and private personal information and has the responsibility to treat it as such. Instead of listening to my concerns she hung up on me midsentence. I have received no return call, not follow-up email, only the return-shipping label so that I can help the company and return the shoes that are not mine. I can only speak for myself, but I think this situation shows a great deal about Just Fabulous as a company, and how they view their customers. And I can’t help but wonder if they will notify the customer to let her know that her personal information has been compromised.
It is safe to say I will not be a returning customer (how could I enjoy my fabulous new shoes knowing there is a possibility that some identity theft has my information?!). Instead I will be making my monthly purchases from Kim Kardashian’s company ShoeDazzle. They work EXACTLY the same as Just Fabulous – same website format, same recommendation style, and same pricing, and in my opinion have much cuter styles. I just placed my first order with them (2 new pairs of shoes, and the dazzle deal of the week, a matching lap top carrier and notebook).
It seems to be a much safer alternative to Just Fabulous.(So far at least)
I hope this helps some of you avoid a potentially bad situation!!

All of Porters 5 forces can influence a firm’s behavior. With there being such a strong competitive rivalry here this makes it easier for companies to play off each other’s ideas and prices. This does cause there to be a little more competition price wise however Carnival could use this to their advantage by possibly lowering prices or finding some way to offer more for their price. There are always opportunities to improve or expand it is just a matter of using your resources well and to the best of your ability.
Potential Entrants:
• Cruise lines want to appeal to customers all along the economic scale.
• There aren’t many people trying to enter into the cruise line industry. In the 70’s and 80’s the market was being served by almost 30 brands and as of 2005 there are only 10 brands owned by 3 main corporations that control 90 percent of the market. Carnival being the largest cruise company in the world (56 ships total) would make it difficult for a new company to try and enter into the market and be successful.
Services:
• Carnival has the largest number of cruise ships.
• Resources needed to build and operate these cruise ships are abundant.
• Cruise ships can be many different sizes and have an infinite number of designs but the materials needed to construct these ships are all relatively the same therefore these suppliers are counting on the cruise ship industry to keep them in business.
• There are many different channels to supply customers to Carnival and their competitors such as travel websites and other forms of marketing. However Carnival does have their own methods of securing those reservations.
• There is a large sales force that focuses on contacting travel agents to promote their brand; Carnival.com and 1-800-Carnival are inbound channels where people can easily get information and book reservations. There is also a team of people called Personal Vacation Planners who follow up on leads obtained through inbound channels.
Substitutes:
• Royal Caribbean International is a brand that offers some of the same amenities as Carnival but on a smaller scale. They don’t have nearly as many ships as Carnival.
• Star Cruises is an American cruise line that offers contemporary and destination cruises on a smaller scale than Carnival. Star only has ten ships compared to Carnival’s 56.
• All inclusive and destination vacations could give Carnival a run for their money because it is the same basic concept just minus the ship. The trips are provide hotel, food and beverage all for one flat rate which can be appealing to many travelers.
Customers:
• Carnival has enough ships to where they can provide different kinds of cruises for customers all along the economic scale. They can provide anything from contemporary to premium to luxury and even destination. With such a wide variety of services it is easy for them to please customers of all economic stature.
• Carnival also makes it appoint to appeal to all different age groups from the older crowd who want to take a cruise for relaxation to a younger crowd interested in beer chugging contests and live music.
Direct Competitors:
• RCI can definitely give Carnival a run for their money. They may not have as many ships as Carnival but they offer just as many services and amenities. When comparing the Carnival Liberty and RCI Mariner of the Sea its clear to see RCI offers more amenities as far as spa, wellness, and fitness which may be important to many travelers.
• Something that can set Carnival apart from other cruise lines are some of their special amenities. Something desirable for many Carnival customers are their one day cruises to the Bahamas. Ported out of Miami, FL customers can take a one day cruise all inclusive for $100. This provides an inexpensive getaway that would be favorable to many customers, especially younger crowds or people who don’t want to take a week long cruise.

Just Fabulous is a gussied-up scam. They are just trying to charge your credit card whether you not you agree to their program or buy anything. I didn’t authorize charges, or enroll in their program, or buy anything, but they charged my Visa anyway. When I called customer service, the representative was extremely unhelpful to the point of dumbly repeating the same script, even when it didn’t answer my questions (where was my copy of a contract or invoice for this, huh? She didn’t want to answer because it didn’t exist!). And they refused to refund my money, saying that I could use their credit. Credit that I never authorized in the first place. Doesn’t that say scam all over it?
Now I have to go through my bank and report the fraud. I’m sure I’ll get my money back because Chase is good with that, but thanks for the giant pain and for ensuring I’ll never actually shop for your poor-quality, overpriced plastic shoes! ZERO stars!

I absolutely love JustFab. I have a closet filled with shoes from them and seriously wish there was a website that does clothes the same way. @Diane you can always go change your preference to add more selections and colors to your boutique. I have a couple of bags but I am more of a shoe fanatic.

At first I thought I would like justfab.com. No more having to rifle through millions of pages of shoes and handbags to find the styles that suited me and my budget. So I signed up and was excited to get my email that my boutique had been created…until I looked at it. I hated everything. Nothing in my boutique was anything I would have considered. Did they just scratch all the questions I answered at the beginning and put some random collection in my boutique to see if I’d go for the leftovers?
Justfab…was JUST BAD.
Not recommended at all.
