Reading the reviews it seems like the owner LISA or sneeky RICHARD ROMO wrote the positive ones. I used to work for these guys and can I say they are greedy and treat everyone from their employees to their customers bad. I can’t count how many times we got calls from people asking where their items were at and we were told to say “it’s processing”. Even though the store does not have even close to every item on their site we order it when it’s ordered and that can take weeks to receive. And they offer no refunds. I got tierd of lying to people and telling them it would be in the mail in the next couple days. We had hundreds of upset customers calling every day and LISA and RICHARD would come in the store around noon fresh from eating a large lunch and boss everyone around and belittle the girls. They’re greed and fraud needs to catch up to them. They used to pay me under the table to try and save paying employee taxes and insurance. LISA would talk about the girls when she thought they were gone which is funny since she is a washed up fat 50 something year old with bleach blonde hair still thinking she’s 20 picking on young girls. I literally hate this place because they know completely nothing about running a store yet they don’t want to hire someone who does. I’m going to open my own lingerie store and put these guys out of business enough with these people marking crap they don’t even have in their store up 300% or more. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, I have bought lingerie for my wife from at LEAST a dozen websites with out a problem. I never thought to read reviews for a site like this but I wish I would have. It’s been a month since I ordered AND paid for my merchandise. NO CALL, NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS…. NOTHING. GRRRRRRR HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY

Used lingerie??? Never ever be tempted to buy from Flirty Lingerie. I bought 2 garments from them. One never came and the other was STAINED and YELLOWED with a hole in it. That’s all that needs to be said other than I never got my money back!

I ordered a couple weeks ago, I’ve received 4/5 of my order. They did not notify me that they added an extra $9 to my shipping fee, like they did not notify me that some of the items I ordered were out of stock so they were to be sent separately. I still don’t know what happened to the last item and I hope to whatever force is out there that I didn’t just waste $40 (it takes me a day to earn that much, this was a once a year gift for my hubby). Crossing my fingers that the package is still coming with that last item and it’s merely delayed, not lost or forgotten or stolen. Although, from the reviews I’ve gotten on this site, those hopes are getting pretty dim.
I suppose I’ll update when and if that package comes. And the other thing, this is the ONLY company I have EVER seen that takes absolutely no responsibility for lost/stolen packages.

I agree, very poor service with NOTHING to show for your purchase. BEWARE of this online lingerie “company.” I haven’t received my order and haven’t been able to contact them. I am currently asking for a full refund. If I do not hear from them I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I will NOT be doing business with them ever again.

I have NEVER had such POOR SERVICE EVER!!!!! I ordered ONE thing from them b/c I had forgotten to order it from another company and found them cheaper!!! BIG MISTAKE!!! I have emailed them more than 3 times tried to call nobody answers just goes to voicemail I have been waiting sense APRIL its now JULY almost been 3 months sense I ordered this NON EXISTANT lingerie, (my husband is deployed will be home in 2 weeks and wanted me to get this) thanks to them I will have to re order from another company that i have recenty ordered from!!! and hope i will recieve it in time!!! I wouldnt recommend this company to my WORST ENEMY they are AWFUL go elsewere!!!
