Just to point out, “John” signs his letter as “Tom” on the same day that “John” sends a letter – and pre-dates it to 12/18/2010? Interesting.
I purchased from Dales through their eBay store last year, (which is no longer a member,) and received the ring after 1 week. The price was good, and at first glance, the quality seemed good also. The ring came with an appraisal in the amount of $2,500.00, and with a lifetime warranty. It wasn’t until the ring was appraised by another jeweler that I discovered that I had been duped. The band was made with 8K gold, not the listed 14K. The ring was a cloudy I2, not the “H SI3.” I’ve attempted to contact Dales to seek some resolution, only to discover that their phone number is disconnected, and e-mails go unreturned.
I would advise everyone to stay away from Dales!

SENT ME RINGS THAT WERE DIRTY LOOKING COMPANY IS A FRAUD STARTED THREATENING ME , SOLD ME 2 DIAMOND RINGS 1 WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 1.5 CT AND WAS ABOUT .5 CT TOTAL ONLY SAME THING WITH THE OTHER. THEY ARE NOW ALSO BANNED OF EBAY FOR FRAUD , KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DALES .. KEEP IT REAL !!!!!!!

Beautiful diamond bridal set princess cut was purchased at dalesinc.com and extremely amazed with the price and quality. first i thought its scam company and not real natural diamonds but i took chance and when i opened the box and went to jeweler to check if its natural diamond and the appraisal value. I felt so lucky i found this company DALES Diamond Store located at Diamond District New York City. Just curious how this company surviving with cheap prices and high quality diamonds. I bought diamond ring from dalesinc.com DALES Diamond Store cost me for $2000 they designed the ring for me i saw at zales for $5000 and cost me at DALES for only $2000 saved me $3000 dollars.

What a scam! I bought a 2ct diamond ring from Dales on Ebay and paid for overnight shipping I have not recieved my ring. They never answer the phone and do not respond to email’s.

I bought rings from them using their ebay store and they were completely fraudulent – diamonds were 1/2 the advertized size and extremely poor workmanship. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ON EBAY – this is where they unload their less that quality merchantise. Also, if they are this dishonest, why buy from them period?
PS – they charged me 150 for shipping, refused to combine, then they sent the items IN THE SAME BAG. other sellers charge 25 for the same exact shipping. These people are SCAM ARTISTS.
