I ordered a pair of rubber costume hands, and the package I received only had ONE hand in it - despite the fact that the hand_s_ are obviously sold in pairs.  I called customer service and was assured that I would receive the missing product (i.e., other rubber hand) within 4-5 days.  That time came and went with no product being delivered.  I called back again about the missing item, received an apology, and was told that the item would go out that afternoon via express delivery (the company&#039;s choice; I did not demand express mailing, I just wanted the missing item).  Later that same evening, I missed their call but received a phone message stating that the item could not be express mailed on that date and that I should call back if I had any questions or concerns.  The fact that the item was not going to be express mailed on that particular day was not that big of a deal to me - I mean, it was not the end of the week, so it could have gone out the next day via express mail - so I did not call back figuring it would be simply delayed an additional day.  Another 5-6 days go by without item delivery.  I call for the THIRD time about the missing item and was told that they did not ship it because I did not call them back re:  the prior message they left.  WTF??????   Do I really need to call back a company to tell them to ship an item that I already paid for weeks earlier - and that yes, I do still want it????
