I had an absolutely awful experience. I ordered a pair of rubber costume hands, and the package I received only had ONE hand in it – despite the fact that the hand_s_ are obviously sold in pairs. I called customer service and was assured that I would receive the missing product (i.e., other rubber hand) within 4-5 days. That time came and went with no product being delivered. I called back again about the missing item, received an apology, and was told that the item would go out that afternoon via express delivery (the company’s choice; I did not demand express mailing, I just wanted the missing item). Later that same evening, I missed their call but received a phone message stating that the item could not be express mailed on that date and that I should call back if I had any questions or concerns. The fact that the item was not going to be express mailed on that particular day was not that big of a deal to me – I mean, it was not the end of the week, so it could have gone out the next day via express mail – so I did not call back figuring it would be simply delayed an additional day. Another 5-6 days go by without item delivery. I call for the THIRD time about the missing item and was told that they did not ship it because I did not call them back re: the prior message they left. WTF?????? Do I really need to call back a company to tell them to ship an item that I already paid for weeks earlier – and that yes, I do still want it???? Ridiculous.
Oh, and this was NOT during the rush of Halloween season, it was months afterward.

I’ve purchased and reviewed products for this company with no problems so imagine my surprise when an inferior product arrived for my blog winner. They sent a link to print a free shipping label, however the winner lived very remote which would be driving 50 miles round trip to return it. She also has no printer. Customer service said they could not send her a label and shipping bag for the post office to pick up from her house. The lady implied I was responsible since I held the giveaway and should send her the label and bag. The winner told me never mind. I was embarrassed and the store lost two customers for sure.

I don’t know what these other people are talking about, I ordered a ‘sexy nurse’ costume for my wife and it showed up right away. Great costume! and they even stock XXL sizes!

AVOID this website!!!! I order 2 costumes and they only sent me 1. When I called them they said they would send me another costume the next day… it never arrived & when I called back the following week to check on it’s status the woman who answered my call said that it was never shipped, that I could NOT speak with a manager and she spent a portion of the time laughing with co-workers in the background while she was on the phone with me. EXTREMELY unprofessional. All she would do was give me the money back for the costume that never arrived – knowing that I had wasted my money on a PAIR of costumes that were supposed to be a set. Now I have one meaningless costume without it’s counterpart, I’m out the money I spent for it, and have nothing to wear to the Halloween party I’m supposed to attend tomorrow. THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY – on ALL levels of management and I would HIGHLY recommend that you shop elsewhere.

Terrible customer service and false advertising about shipping. I ordered on Tuesday evening and could have had free two day shipping (according to the site). Because my child needed his costume on Friday before halloween for a school party I paid $30 for overnight shipping. When I placed the order the order form said that the costumes would ship on Wednesday for Thursday delivery. It is now Thursday and the costumes haven’t shipped yet. After talking to two operators they told me that they did ship today (Thursday), but can’t provide me a tracking number and the online tracking system still shows in process so I have no way of knowing if it is true or not. They offered to credit me back half of the shipping, so I am paying $15 for what was supposed to be free (two day shipping)

I had great expectations of this website but have found out they are extremely incompetent in their customer service department. First, they sent me an incorrect item and after initially being told they would simply send me the correct item I was later informed they did not have the correct item. I was then told to order another item but they couldn’t guarantee I would receive it in time. Horrible customer service as well as bad business. The worst part is that they couldn’t care less.

Great company !!! i ordered a king Arthur costume for my son the quality was great but he needed a larger size …i followed the easy exchange policy and printed off a prepaid return label ….my original order arrived the next day … This company has great customer service and the costumes are not like what you find in your local stores ….
