I bought a total of 8 diamonds at the begining of December with a total weight of 14cts I received a load of rubbish and sent everything back in January as I was away. I received a new batch with a total weight of 7.3cts and they are not interisted in sorting out the problem. I have booked a flight to New York as I am not going to be ripped off. People need to be make sure they are not scamed as they will send you a load of rubbish

You review a company that is dishonest. On the 1st November 09 i won a diamond from bidrise when i received the stone it was not the colour that i won. It was sent back and a replacement stone was sent the replacement stone was that clarity enhanced that if it was set in to jewelery that the point may have broken off. Bidrise agreed through paypal disputes to give me a full refund if the stone was sent back, the diamond was sent back to them and they told me on the 6th January 2010 that they had received it and that a refund would be done. They advised me 3 times that the refund was being done then suddenly refused to do a refund and would only send a replacement stone. Many emails later they would not budge and give me my refund as promised so i compromised and said to send me a replacement, on the 23rd February 2010 after many emailed they told me that a replacement stone had ben sent. After waiting for sometime i told them that i had not received and could i have some information to track my parcel on the 18th march I was told that they would email me tracking information. The 18th march was the last time that they answered my emails, I have receiv no tracking information & no replys as to where my diamond is and if it has definately been sent. So to this day i am out of pocket $890 USD and I have no diamond. And am now being ignored. This has been a very disappointing & stressful time. I would definatley not be giving this company Bidrise a good review.
