Allurez provided with me with outstanding customer service and I can honestly say that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I paid $6,300 for the ring and after an appraisal, we found that the ring was valued at approximately $12,000 which is amazing!
The ring was a Sapphire and Diamond engagement ring with a GIA certified diamond. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and can’t fault their service nor products at all. While my purchase was expensive, I feel that I’ve got my money’s worth and more. The fact that we can sell the ring for double of what we paid is outstanding. Perhaps they priced it wrong? Who knows!!

I was looking for beautiful and elegant jewelery for my wife for our anniversary. It was our 25th anniversary so I wanted something very special and valuable to celebrate the occasion. however, I didn’t have a budget high enough to buy diamonds especially not a large, round cut diamond with sapphire which I ended up buying. Diamond was out of my range, or this is what I thought when I looked at the prices from diamond stores and other online shops besides Allurez. I was recommended by my friend to visit Allurez website and find the perfect gift for my wife. truly, it was a surprise to find reasonable prices on all the diamond jewelry available there. It was even a bigger surprise to find beautiful collection of different diamond jewelry from rings, bands, pendant, earrings and complete sets. I fell in love with almost everything that was available there but I finally chose a diamond and sapphire pendant which I knew my wife would treasure forever and which she would only have dreamed about. It was really a dream pendant with such an elegant design that it took a person’s breath away. I loved it so much that I finally decided to spend a little higher than my budget and buy the diamond pendant.
I bought the diamond and sapphire pendant for $4000 and I thought it was a fair price for such a beautiful pendant. but it was only when I bought it that I got it appraised for double the amount. It was really a big surprise for me and I was extremely happy with it. I already knew that the prices at Allurez were lower than other diamond stores but still I didn’t expect such a big difference. you wouldn’t get anything even close to this beautiful pendant for such a low price from anywhere else; that’s a bet!
Other than the gorgeous and stunning collection of jewelry for the best price, the customer service at Allurez is worth appreciating. Since I was confused about what to buy (I wanted to buy the most valuable gift but for a reasonable price), I called Allurez many times before I made the decision to buy. Any other store’s staff would have been impatient and angry at me, but staff at Allurez was always at their best even when I asked so many questions about different jewelry. It was the staff who gave me the advice and recommended the diamond and sapphire pendant which I eventually bought.
Shopping experience at Allurez was very hassle free. I was very scared of buying diamond jewelry online especially of paying such a high price online. But the positive reviews encouraged me to try the service. And I am happy that I did! There are absolutely no regrets. Allurez delivered the pendant to my home after I paid the price via wire transfer which also saved me some more money because of a further discount of 2.5%.
I will definitely recommend Allurez for anyone who wants to purchase diamond jewelry like engagement rings, wedding bands, etc. They have simple the best collection, best prices and excellent customer service.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE/NEVER ALLOWED TO TALK TO A MANAGER. Be incredibly cautious about dealing with this company if you have any issues with placing, receiving or returning an order. The customer service representative who took my call (Ralph) made a rude comment to me regarding how he thought I should pay for a product. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they had already left for the day and to call back on Monday. When I called on Monday I was told they weren’t there again. I was told a message would be left with the manager who would return my call the next day (Tuesday). I never heard from them so we tried using their Live Chat function to get in touch with a manager. The Live Chat representative told us to call back and ask for a specific manager by name. We called back again and was told the same story about how the manager had already left for the day even though it was 3:00pm EST on a Friday. We were never allowed to speak to a manager and our message was never returned. I will never look to do business with this company again.
