I just ordered this and ended up with a bill for $37.96 instead of what I calculated out to be about $20 plus tax. The online ordering process does not let you review your bill before submission.
I am going to contact the better business bureau about this.

I have used the lint lizard and it does not work! It is too big and inflexible to get to the bottom of the dryer – don’t waste your money!

After a nearly 3-month delay, I finally received my two Lint Lizards, but no Dust Dragon came with it. Anyway, I am quite disappointed with the Lint Lizard. It was a waste of my money, now I am stuck with two. The hose does go into my front-load lint trap, but I cannot get it to go where it needs to suck up the lint. It has a mind of its own. I still have to use the brush I have used thus far. This item is totally useless for my lint trap slot. I do clean my trap after each load, which is what I have always done, not matter what type of dryer I had. Just got into the habit.
Sorry, but I would not recommend this product at all. I don’t even want to sell the second one at a yard sale as I would feel dishonest taking even 25 cents for this!

Heads Up, shoppers!
First, you can make your own Lint Lizard with a couple dollars of tubing from Home Depot, no shipping!
Second, the entire order process is severely lacking: No preview of order prior to confirmation, and AFTER confirmation is when you find out your total is almost FIVE TIMES MORE than the $10.99 you thought it would be (plus shipping). Your only option is to buy TWO Lint Lizards, which sounds like it’s optional on the commercial. PLUS! Watch the infomercial carefully. Right at the end, they slap on info stating, “$6.99 shipping, PLUS AN ADDITIONAL FEE.”. Hungh?? No explanation ever given, just disclosure they’re gonna sock it to you.
Also, in addition to extra charges you don’t know what they’re for, THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY, something your mother always told you to NOT buy online from if they give a PO box as their address, right? My only suggestion if you’ve already ordered, is to stop the payment, then refuse delivery when it arrives (which means you don’t pay return ship). BTW I don’t mean to imply the company is dishonest, just that they have a really bad business model, and would do well to start over from scratch, and hire an advisor. Not to mention this particular item is probably way overpriced for some thing you could easily make yourself. Suggest you read other forums on the topic, lots of other complaints out there.

This product gets an A++++++ for its ability to work but an F—– for the ordering process and the customer service which is nil. I do not need two of these things but there is no way to get around it if you order online. The tubing at home depot is not quite as flexible and getting a good suction connection is difficult.
Fix the order process and this product will take off. Better to wait till they are selling in at the offline as seen on tv stores.

The Lint Lizard is a crock. After waiting for weeks and weeks to receive the Lint Lizard, I got a postcard telling me that the bonus, the “Dust Dragon,” had been cancelled. In other words I received only half the order and still paid full price, which in my opinion is outrageous! There is not even a place that you can send them an email to telling them of this. How very convenient for them!! This TV ad, is very misleading! So everyone, be careful and leary if you order from this company!!
