Ordered a peg rack with name before Thanksgiving for my new grandson. The website posted “GUARANTEED before Christmas” delivery if ordered before Thanksgiving. Still had not received by Friday before Christmas (2012). Called and they said they could not make the delivery – as it was not going to ship until late that eve. I asked if they could overnight since they guaranteed before Christmas. The person who answered phone said she would check and call me back. Never received call back. I called again several times through Saturday & Sunday. No answer. Called on Monday – well, they are CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday and it didn’t ship overnight. Needless to say, it wouldn’t make it by Christmas..so there I was without my Christmas gift for my new (and first) grandchild. I asked about the guarantee. They said that they had too many orders and couldn’t guarantee it now and that I could get 10% off of the $40 order — geez…. Needless to say, they didn’t even credit me that. Since I put the charge on my American Express account, I called them to dispute. GoTOBaby told them they never made a guarantee since it was a custom order … by the way, all of the them are (even though it was on their website before Thanksgiving, they had since removed it). Therefore, AMEX could not honor the dispute. Horrible, horrible business practices here. Do not use. Buyer BEWARE….
