I signed up for the free sample and was ripped off. There were no terms and conditions then. Now they’re charging my credit card for another shipment when there was never an agreement to do it. They’ve now added the terms and conditions to the site. This is a rip off! The product is lousy!! Beware, this is a scam!

I tried the free 15 day trial. I cancelled after the first day. These people keep charging my account and stealing money from me. I wouldn’t do the free trial. Don’t give them your money, they will keep on taking it.

The product may be easy to use, but the refund policy however is not. Buyer beware of deadlines to return products and cancel memberships. NOT A VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY!

Don’t waste your time and money. I ordered this trial offer with bad results.
The site “implies” that you will receive several flavors of ready mixed shakes and several Atkins bars. What you receive is 1 tiny Atkins bar and one 2.645 oz. jar of double chocolate flavor powder mix (no matter what flavors you asked to try). The instructions say that there are 15 servings, but the recommended (one scoop) serving makes dark brown water with no consistency. Apparently they know this because they recommend that you use 2 or 3 scoops to suit your taste and milk instead of water. Of course then you consume a lot more calories and carbs. This product has no added vitamins or minerals and is basically cocoa, tea (with caffeine), and artificial sweetener. You might as well drink a cup of tea with Splenda. After the trial, the cost is $88.97 for 30 scoops, which will make 30, 15 or 10 shakes, depending on your tastes. If you want something much more filling use the SlimFast or Atkins low carb shakes. They have added thickeners (usually egg whites), vitamins and minerals and are much more economical. Atkins and SlimFast are also available at Walmart or the grocery store for more convenience. Walker is available through Vitacost.com.

I have tried these after years of slim fast use. I find these to be much tastier and not at all hard to get down, unlike slim fast which leaves me unsatisfied and ready to vomit.
