Do I feel ripped off? YES! Do I wish I had read these reviews before I bought this crap? YES!! The product is extremely flimsy, poorly constucted, cheap fabric, sections too small and I could go on and on and on. The best advice I can give anyone even considering to buy is DON’T!!!

This is a piece of junk. It was very flimsy and both sides of the zipper fell apart in my hands. I have to take it back because it is not even useable and it is a 35 minute drive to the store I purchased it from. Horrible product!

Ladies, first of all, the first two reviews are BOGUS – all lies. Everyone else is telling the absolute truth about this piece of garbage. If you have not returned yours yet, contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU online (www.bbb.org/us/) and tell them everything – be complete about what they ripped you off for including price and shipping as well. Thanks to me doing this, the BBB forced the company to refund ALL OF MY MONEY, including ALL OF THE SHIPPING FEES, too. This is the best and only way to handle returning this piece of garbage product. If you contact the company you bought it from, you will not get your inflated shipping fees refunded at all, and they will take their dear sweet time about issuing you any refund at all. Contact the BBB, it is there for consumer protection from fraud like this. It is free to all consumers – let them work for you. If they receive enough complaints about this product, hopefully they will do what is necessary to shut them down. Best of luck to you.

The lst two posts were obviously put on someone affiliated with Shoes Under. Probably the scumbags who invented it and then advertosed some thing completely different from what they sell. I’m sooo glad I bought mine in a store and not off the infomercial. It is not cheaper to buy it off TV. In “Jenny’s” fake review she says that you can get 2 for $10 if you order them. Don’t be fooled! They still add a hefty amount for shipping and handling and “processing”. They charge you for the time it takes them to overcharge your credit card. I guess that’s what the processing fee is.
It is probably worth $5 max,because it does hold my shoes, but it doesn’t “slide” under the bed, and the dividers don’t stand. The fabric is the same fabric used for some baskets I bought from the dollar store for a dollar each, only at least the dollar store has cardboard inserts to make them sturdy.
SHOES UNDER IS CRAP! Don’t buy it!

HORRIBLE!!!!! I got ripped off just like most of the people above. Whatever you order from them, they double the amount of it automatically without asking you. Then when you return it, you get only 1/4 of the money back even if they say it will be a full refund and nothing you can do about it. I canceled the order on the same day I ordered it and they still sent it to me. DON’T GET FOOLED BY POSITIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THEM. READ CUSTOMER REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE BUYING ANY PRODUCT FROM ANYONE!!!!!!

This is so sad!.. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.. I was just about to order 4 of them.
I have ran out of doors for the hanging shoe racks and i don’t like the hanging shoe rack for my closet . To bulky and takes up allot of room. This however could have been a great product how come they just cant make it properly? And charging folk all that money. True travesty I’m upset for all of u .. class action they behinds ( prob not that serious ) but what they are engaging in fraudelent activity! by stealing money and misrepresenting the product.

This product is an absolute rip-off. It is completely misrepresented in the television advertisements. The sides and bottom of the organizer are flimsy and makes the shoes get mixed up into a giant mess. Also, if you’re putting it under a bed, the cheap design makes it next to impossible to slide under as easily as the commercial advertises. Big piece of junk!!!

such a horrible company!!! I thought it would be a good idea so I ordered a set. Somehow I ended up being charged $55 instead of the $25 or so it should have costed. I called the company to cancel the order and I was told the order had already been shipped. I refused the package over 2 months ago and I’m still waiting for my refund. Every time I call the company I get nothing… So frustrating!!!
