I just took home a new Pup in December F irst Puppy since the 80's!! When all we had was messy newspaper...This potty patch made training effortless!!!My Pup used from the very first day, and a month later, very few accidents..she likes to even play on it!!!! too cute...She knows when I saw Potty Patch to run to pee pee time....As for other comments..Yes I agree...thicker tray would be nice for the cost...and better grass too...As for me I do the following...I purchased Two replacement Grasses..to a while to come so get aleast one when you order..I ordered from amazon and it came in a few days, but, you cange the patch in Petsmart too.I Wash the Grass weekly..Spray in shower with dish liquid...then keep outdoors to dry ..and spray with febreeze IU have other ones to use...so each pad is outside air drying for two weeks, in covered area....I also highly recommend lining tray with wee wee pads..or paper towels...No Way canmm I vcarry the tray to bathroom with spilling...it...Plus I feel tray would smell if left with urine...I place at least four pads and pull them out as needed if they are soiled...and also pray them,, with frebreeze..Also you should pick up full product to carry to wash, as even grate leaks!!!So I bring entire patch into tub to take apart to afford messes,,,,High suggest this itme if you havesmall pet for cold weather and for puppy training...I will ordr a second larger one for my deck in the spring to give my little one more room and keep the small one inside for nasty weather days.. I love this invention!! I just took home a new Pup

I have a 4 month old chihuahua and she would pee on the regular potty papers but not poop. He would poop on every throw rug in my house like it was a piece of charmin! Now that we have the potty patch he goes on it everytime! It has been great! I did buy a product called "Go Here" and sprayed a little spot on the fake grass and then put him on it the first time! I will warn you that the "Go Here" really smells so be carful! I have not had to spray it again! This is worth the money just to have them go where they are supposed to and it looks easy enough to clean although I must say the bottom tray that you have to carry to dump in the toilet does feel flimsy. However, when I opened the box, the potty patch was cracked in two pieces from the gray tray. I think they should bubble wrap it before mailing it and marking the box FRAGILE. I waited until 2 AM and my order fnally showed up. There was no option to cancel, but there was an email address which I sent the cancellation to. I got no response, so called this morning and was told that it was shipped already even though on their status page it is showing as being processed. They have already charged my card and have told me that I have to wait, return the unopened product and in "several" weeks would be credited. I don't recommend ordering this product!
