Bought two of these at a home show. Loved the fact it helped my husband stop having neck and shoulder aches. Bought two more for travel. Fast forward a few weeks. I have a rash on the back of my head, my neck and under arms that I can’t get rid of. Threw the pillow on the floor one night and the next morning, the rash was calming down. Coincidence? We’ll have to see, but I’m not sleeping on this pillow again until I know for sure.

When I first got the pillow, it had a very strong chemical odor. I called Customer Service and I was advised to wash it. I did. The odor changed slightly after the washing but did dissipate eventually. However, during the past month, I first noticed I had a rash on my scalp. I, of course, thought I had lice or dandruff or psoriasis. I treated it with Psoriasis shampoos, etc., but it did not get better. In fact, it got worse. Eventually, my ears were red and itching and my neck and the sides of my face. After searching my brain for what was different in my house (detergent, etc.), I could only come up with the pillow. I then asked Customer Service for a listing of everything in the pillow and found out that the Polyurethane Foam has toluene diisocyanate in it which can cause skin rashes, among other, very disturbing, health issues. I put the pillow in the garage and all my rashes and itching have went away.

Please, please do not buy this scam product. I purchased it at Rite Aid Pharmacy for $59. I have had the worst dreams of my life, my neck is KILLING me, I wake up sleeping on my HANDS with marks from my wedding ring imbedded in my face. I called the company only to be rudely informed that they have NOTHING to do with the pillows purchased at retail stores. That if you buy on the internet, you get the “premium” pillow for $90 and that the “As seen on TV” product is not covered under the return policy. I said, “But I just saw the commercial today and the pillow I bought had the man’s face and all the phone numbers” and she said, with contempt in her voice, “Oh, that commercial was made two years ago before he sold the company to “As Seen On TV.” Horrible scam product. Anyone interested in starting a Class Action Law Suit? I’m not kidding. This is an outrage!!!!!

I’ve had MyPillow for a couple of months. Initially I was disappointed by its appearance and apparent lumpiness. The first night it was definitely different than any other pillow I’ve had – and not necessarily in a good way! Wanted to give it a chance though instead of returning it immediately for a refund as I’d usually do. In a few days I noticed that I fell asleep faster and didn’t wake up with any neck/shoulder discomfort or pain.
But, being a cynic, I refused to attribute the increased comfort level to the pillow! After months, though, I now DO! Yes, I fluff it up like any other pillow when I make my bed in the morning, so it hasn’t become flat or hard as others reported. I love my MyPillow!

I purchased this pillow from a retailer, not the site. For quite some time I had watched the infomercials and thought I should try it since I have migraines. While using the pillow for a month or so I woke up with migraines more often than not. I called customer service because I saw on the site that there was a 60 comfort guarantee. I was informed by a rude customer service representative that this was not true for items purchased from a retail store. She said that all of the warrenties were only covered if I purchased it online. By the way, I did not purchase it online because the shipping seemed unreasonable. So, the pillow itself was no good and the customer service was no good. I give it a big thumbs down!

Three strikes and you’re out. My brother and sister-in-law bought a My Pillow. My brother couldn’t sleep when he used it. Instead of allowing him to sleep all night, he woke up constantly. Then my sister-in-law tried it and it hurt her neck. I “inherited” it, hoping it would be the solution to my sleeping issues. After just one night, I know I’ll never use it again. I woke up with a terrible headache. I slept fitfully, trying to arrange it right under my neck. I could’ve slept better with a pillowcase full of my daughter’s stuffed animals. Wow. What a rip off.

Worst pillows we have ever bought. Lumpy, hot, and always waking up to refluff, give you a bad neckache. Not worth the money or time. Not to mention the sales woman had a bad attitude when we returned the pillows and charged a restock fee, so you will not get all of your refund. Which they fail to tell you. Anybody who knows anything about sleep cycles will know that their clam to a better REM deep sleep cycle is completely bogus! REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement. It is a short cycle of sleep where we are in a dream stage and generally only lasts 15 minutes or so. Deep sleep cycle happens before the REM cycle of sleep. Having said that, their claim becomes completely invalid.

Thing Pillow was a major disappointment. I thought it would be really good and comfortable but after a few months, I finally had to pitch it because I could no longer ignore my sore neck. Also, I found myself waking up numerous times during the night to flip the pillow because it would leave my head in a valley. If I had understood it was just pieces of foam, I don’t think I would have paid what I did for this.

I have never ordered anything from an infomercial on television, and I never will again. This pillow is nothing special. In fact, because of its lumpy nature, I had one of the worst nights sleep of my life, and that is saying a lot because I was desperately looking for a pillow that would help me to sleep more than 4 – 6 hours a night I’ve been experiencing the last year or so. First off, I was really, REALLY hoping that this pillow would be the on for me….but SADLY it is not. When I first go to bed a fluff it up, it is great. Buuuut. It doesn’t stay that way. Maybe I just move around to much. But everyone does, so I am not sure how it stays fluffed up and support your neck. The simple movement of turning from side to side flattens it out. They you have to totally sit up and shake and shift the stuffing : ( Very disruptive to your sleep. Once again, when it is fluffed up it is great. I thought maybe I needed to get used to it, but 9 months later it still isn’t working! : ( My husband got on too, and he is not happy either. I was so excted about getting MY Pillow. When it arrived I folloed the instructions to a tee. Wow!!! what a scam! Everything they said this pillow was it NOT. It is hot and extremely uncomfortable. It goes flat and all the foam goes to the sides of the pillow. All that is in there are these chunky pieces of terrible foam. They do everything they can to make it as difficult to return it as possible. You have to foot the cost of the return and they tell you it could be a month to get your money refunded. I was ill and was in the hospital and missed the retun date so I am stuck with this terrible pillow. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of people. I was saddened by this.

I purchased My Pillow at at craft event. I had seen the info commercial a number of times. It didn’t do a thing for me. I was told I had 60 days to try it. After 30 days I had to search the internet for a phone number. No number nor address was included on the packaging. I called to find out how to return it. They gave me an address and RA #. Well, it cost me $15 for postage and packaging to send it back. To top it all off I happened to be walking through the breakroom at work and the info commercial was on. Guess what I could have sworn that the man I bought it from was pretending he was a satisfied customer.

I will be returning My Pillow! After using it for a week, I still wake up with a stiff neck and headache. The pillow also has a bad odor which has not faded. Also, I’m a side sleeper, and the pillow is very “loud”. I can hear the filling settling against the side of my head. Lastly, it does not stay “cool” as advertised and I have had to flip and adjust the pillow throughout the night (i.e. I am not sleeping through the night).

DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW!!! I bought this pillow in 06-2012 and after 3-4 weeks, it begun losing its firmness. Eight weeks later, it is a complete junk! I called Customer Service on 09-15 for a solution and I was told my refund/exchange 60-day period had expired and basically my additional arguments were refuted. They simply did not care. I spoke with Sarah, a supervisor, and told her I did not know about this 60-day period; that the problem started 3-4 weeks after i bought the Standard size MyPillow, and that my issues are legitimate. I even said that I would write the truth about this poor quality pillow in Reviews, as herein, but I was ignored.

This product does not deserve any stars. This was a total waste of money! Don’t buy this pillow. This company should be shut down for false advertisement. I bought this pillow in hopes to have support when I sleep. This pillow is too soft and doesn’t offer any support as they claim. Once I put my head on the pillow, it sank right to the bottom. Now i have neck and shoulder pain due to the pillow i have to go back to using my old pillow. The maker claims its suppose to stay the same all night but it doesn’t. Absolutly a big waste of money. Both of the king size pillows are not what was advertized. The neck pain, which was minor, did not improve. After the first washing, it came back to the same shape, however, a few weeks later there were bumps…bumps…and more bumps. We were miserable and put them in the guest room’s pillow cases. Decoration pillows now…TOO MUCH WASTED MONEY. Get off of the false advertising on TV. Re-fluff sucks.

Don’t believe the hype. I don’t sleep well so was anxious to try this pillow. I’m a ‘back sleeper’ and it held my head up too high so I found myself turning to sleep on my side, didn’t sleep well and I woke up with a sore neck. It also doesn’t stay “cool” as they say. Save your money.

The pillow’s instruction indicate that you should air it 24 hours after you receive it. I could smell the chemicals. The label says 100% shredded polyurethane foam.
This may explain why so many people have had problems with it.

DON’T DEAL WITH MY PILLOW Ccmpany!
I saw this pillow advertised on TV, so I thought I would try it in hopes of supporting my neck during sleeping. I had 2 horrible nights sleep and I woke up with pain in my arm. So I called the company and they traded me for a pillow that was for side sleepers (it had less filling). Again more pain. I tried squashing the pillow with heavy books and it still didn’t work. My chiropractor said the pillow was causing the arm pain. Unfortunately I got busy and so when I called it was more than 60 days after I purchased it. Even though I could get a letter from my chiropractor, My Pillow wouldn’t do anything about a refund even if I sent it back at my expense. They gave me the 60 days song over and over again
If you need a new pillow, BUY ONE IN YOUR LOCAL DEPARTMENT STORE where they have a good return policy. You won’t get stung for $69 + shipping like I did. I found a local contour gel pillow that works well and has a 5 year guarantee. Please share this information with others.

Possible allergy to My Pillow? I first thought the pungent odor of the new pillow would go away, but to have an odor it must be out gasing. I think they grind up mattress foam and stuff the pillows. I am wondering if anyone else started experiencing breathing problems and feeling dizzy like asthma attacks after sleeping on My Pillow? I’ve been having a lot of sneezing and joint paint throughout my body, even my fingers and especially in my knees since getting this pillow. The pain in my knees would wake me up at night, and I had no previous history of knee pain. Felt like my immune system was reacting and set on high. My cervical spine had increased pain. I woke up in the middle of the night as I usually do, saw the infomercial and decided to give it a try. I’ve had the mypillow for 7 days now and can say that when I first lie down to go to bed the pillow does feel somewhat different than other “better” quality pillows that we own. However, my sleeping pattern has not changed one bit. I still find it difficult to fall asleep, I still wake up 2 or 3 times during the night (and not to use the restroom), and when I finally awake around my normal time of 6:30 am, I am still tired, as always. I believe the mypillow can work for some persons, but for me it simply did not. Now, lets see how easy it is to return within the 30-day trial period.

I finally received my pillow yesterday. After one night of using it, I did notice that I had no neck pain this morning. However I still woke up at least 4 times through out the night, which is one of the reasons I also bought the pillow, to “sleep through the night.” That being said, it was only one night so far, so the verdict is still out.

Seriously, i was skeptical but i have migraine headaches, and i will tr,y and have tried anything and everything to help lessen them. Saw the commercial as i was waking up early one morning….they said, “do you wake up with a stiff, or sore neck?” I chuckled because, the aswer was YES, great timing for their commercial, I was waking up with a sore neck at that moment. Then when they mentioned that it might help with migraines, i decided to order. To get right to the point, it works. I have significantly reduced my migraines. I still get hormonal related migraines, BUT the are alot fewer and further between and I feel sure it has to do with the neck pain in the mornings. I DO use a u-shaped travel neck pillow on top of it to help comfort my neck but the fact that this pillow maintains its shape and fluff thru the night is what is key. Also I have allergies, so its all good! I recommend anyone give it a try if they have sleep or headache problems.

This is the worst pillow for $89!!! After 63 days, the pillow filling falls apart and squishes out the top of the case while you are sleeping. So then in the middle of the night, you have to turn it over, fluff it up, and try to get back to sleep!!! It didn’t solve any of our sleeping problems and cost us $150 for 2 pillows.

I bought 2 of the My Pillows, one for me & one for my husband. I suffer from severe migraines so I bought the firmer one for myself. After 2 nights, I’ve had the worst sleep ever! My husband gave up after half the night, very awkward for him. Tonight I’m going to use his & see if it’s more fitting for me. Because of the nature of my job I have cronic neck and shoulder problems.
A stiff sore neck and headache every morning. I am an above average man (6’4″ and a side sleeper) I noticed an improvment the very first night. I woke without a headache and have continued to do so every mornig since. The stiffness and soreness in my neck was noticabley reduced. I continued to improve night after night. After two weeks, my neck problems have almost dissapeared. I figure I have 75% less stiffness and soreness. My spine has also alighned it self properly, resulting in a fully upright posture and an easier more natural gait when walking. It feels like my shoulders dropped about two inches and are much more relaxed than I can remember. I also feel like I am much better centered and ballanced. I notice a profound difference it the way I stand, walk and move. I have spent lots of money over the years buying different pillows without success. If you are suffering from neck and shoulder problems, it is worth the risk of the shipping costs to give this pillow a try. I now wake in the morning feeling rested and relaxed. These pillows don’t live up to the claims. I bought one for myself and my boyfriend for Christmas. Not only do they not stay cool as claimed, they get completely smooshed and hard where you lay your head. The remaining filling displaces to both sides, making it feel like your head is in a tunnel. I routinely wake up needing to re-fluff the pillow to get the neck support I need.
