Before MY Pillow I woke up with severe neck pains which was acerbated by the fact that I sleep with a cpap.I purchased a medium at Bed Bath & Beyond and the following day I woke up pain free. I’ve never slept better and will be a life long customer. I’m about to purchase 2 more for the rest of my family.

Does anyone have a video or picture of the commercial showing where it was 2 for 19.95? If so can you send it to me please? I’ve looked for 2 days, and haven’t had any luck. Thank you in advance! My email stacilovesherlilman@yahoo.com

my pillow”
this is what I wrote to them:
you advertise that there is a 60 day guarantee on the pillow. I purchased 2 my-pillows on 8-10-16. we received them and sorry to say we are not satisfied.
I find out now that I have to pay a $10 charge to return them. You charged us $10 to ship them. So to try the pillows it costs us $20. Is that a return guarantee policy? We tried them in all earnestness
and honesty. I can’t believe that what you are doing, to charge for shipping both ways, is fair and and an honest business approach/ It is a misrepresentation of an advertisement. and misleading. If people would know that it costs $20 to try the pillows, people would think twice.
Hoping to hear from you soon,
Respectfully
Gary
and this was their response
“Hello Gary,
Yes, that is our return policy and you did agree to that policy when you accepted the terms and conditions when you placed your order online”.
PAYING $20 to try a pillow is outrageous and a ripoff

Bought one for $35.00 at Salvation Army. They had a whole pellet full of them. Got home and tried it out. Theres little support for your head. For me it was too soft and it seemed to get too warm. Sorry I bough it.

I bought one; gave the second to a friend with back problems. Both of us hated them. Just a shapeless bag with little squares of foam inside. Got too hot, fast. Lost their shape, fast. Felt like I was beating it half to death all night. DON’T fall for it-they are useless!

I have never been, nor would I ever be, a customer of this fly-by-night scam operation, yet My Pillow has for the last 2 1/2 weeks been calling me almost daily, in violation of Federal Do Not Call laws. I have no idea how they got my number, but suspect it was sold or shared by other scammers, or else randomly generated, which is also a Federal violation. They have refused to stop, have been rude and sarcastic to me repeatedly, and have hung on me when I complain. My Attorney General says they have other complaints about this huckster business, and I have filed a formal complaint with the AG’s office. I am online to warn other people about My Pillow. If you do your homework online, you will see all sorts of complaints about My Pillow ranging from smells making people sick, to toxic chemical fumes from the filling, to ripoff business practices including charges on credit cards without authorization, deliberate delays in product replacement until it’s out of guarantee period, wrong item sent and not replaced, not able to retain the shape it is patted into, not staying cool, lumpy and painful, cheap materials. I can tell you the videos of customer testimonials are only anecdotal and therefore not reflective of statistical truth. I can also suggest that the big cross the owner wears in his ads is a deliberate attempt to emotionally manipulate the viewer, because it attempts to subliminally infer that he is an honest businessman. He’s not, and there is plenty of testimonial for that online, as well. Do yourself a favor: if you need pillows, go to a real store like Walmart, Costco, Sam’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc. and buy from a retailer who is established and honorable about their guarantees and return policies, who won’t be rude to you, and who will give you real value or your money back… a business that doesn’t have to scam you by phone or email, the way this business attempts to do.

Like a lot of other reviews didn’t do a thing for me, buyers beware.
Review by Jennifer March 4, 2015
I feel a little crazy after reading all these bad reviews, but I really love the my pillow. I’ve tried several $100 pillows and hated them all but the my pillow is so comfortable, I’ve had them for close to 2 years, a yellow and a green. I’m small and prefer the fuller (green) pillow, but that wasn’t what was recommended for me on the website. I admit the first few days I felt it was weirdly lympy but it either softened or I just got used to it. It’s the only pillow that supports my head just right. The others hurt either my neck or my shoulder blade.

I bought My Pillow off of the tv and they were expensive but I am glad I did. I had al lot of trouble with waking up with a headache with my old pillow, but now with My Pillow I have very few headaches at all now. My neck no longer hurts. I sleep better and wake up in a better mood.
Review by Bob January 13, 2015
The 2 for 1 is a scam. I bought their best pillow and used the code provided. I got one pillow instead of two . I paid $57 for the pillow thinking I was getting two. I called MyPillow to see when the second pillow would arrive and was told I paid for only one. They wanted another $57 for the second pillow. So they doubled the price of their best pillow. The 2 for 1 advertised is their most inferior pillow. This is what they told me.
Beware. You have been warned.

I have had these pillows since March. They still give off foam fumes. I reviewed my billing for these pillows. They way they were advertised on the website at the $19.95 price, I thought I was getting these 2 pillows for $19.95, and the regular price was $26something. The offer said balance due after 30 days. So the difference between $19.95 and the $26 figure was affordable. I am reviewing my credit card invoices and the MyPillow people charged a whopping $149.93 Is this the balance? Good lordy. I have written to them since, haven’t gotten a reply yet. These pillows are not that comfortable, in addition to the fumes. I am marginally satisfied with the pillows, and totally not satisfied with the deceptive advertising. Very, very, very deceptive advertising.

Nice positive advertisement for My Pillow. Did you ever wonder what’s in the pillow and whether its good for you? It basically contains big chunks of polyurethane foam. Here are some quotes from e-how.com:
Prolonged breathing exposure to polyurethane foam allows a victim to be exposed to the chemicals trapped in the foam from production. These chemicals are particularly risky for newborns and infants. For children with asthma such symptoms can be particularly troubling.
For some, polyurethane foam represents a source of allergies. Symptoms for those afflicted can include skin itching, throat irritation and rashes.
The production process to make polyurethane foam produces fumes and toxic gases that are harmful to breathe, even in small amounts. Chemicals used include formaldehyde, toulen, nitrogen, and alcohols.
The excerpts below are from doityourself.com
The biggest problem with polyurethane foam is that it is not a natural product. In order to produce it, the manufacturer has to use many harsh chemicals. Whenever you are dealing with powerful chemicals, there are unique health risks.
A new study has shown that breathing the chemicals from polyurethane foam can be dangerous. This is especially true for infants that sleeping on a new mattress. During the study, scientists utilized lab rats to breath in the fumes for a certain period of time. In the rats, it was shown that during many of the breaths, it caused irritation and decreased airflow.

Review by arby March 25, 2013
Bought two of these at a home show. Loved the fact it helped my husband stop having neck and shoulder aches. Bought two more for travel. Fast forward a few weeks. I have a rash on the back of my head, my neck and under arms that I can’t get rid of. Threw the pillow on the floor one night and the next morning, the rash was calming down. Coincidence? We’ll have to see, but I’m not sleeping on this pillow again until I know for sure.

When I first got the pillow, it had a very strong chemical odor. I called Customer Service and I was advised to wash it. I did. The odor changed slightly after the washing but did dissipate eventually. However, during the past month, I first noticed I had a rash on my scalp. I, of course, thought I had lice or dandruff or psoriasis. I treated it with Psoriasis shampoos, etc., but it did not get better. In fact, it got worse. Eventually, my ears were red and itching and my neck and the sides of my face. After searching my brain for what was different in my house (detergent, etc.), I could only come up with the pillow. I then asked Customer Service for a listing of everything in the pillow and found out that the Polyurethane Foam has toluene diisocyanate in it which can cause skin rashes, among other, very disturbing, health issues. I put the pillow in the garage and all my rashes and itching have went away.

Please, please do not buy this scam product. I purchased it at Rite Aid Pharmacy for $59. I have had the worst dreams of my life, my neck is KILLING me, I wake up sleeping on my HANDS with marks from my wedding ring imbedded in my face. I called the company only to be rudely informed that they have NOTHING to do with the pillows purchased at retail stores. That if you buy on the internet, you get the “premium” pillow for $90 and that the “As seen on TV” product is not covered under the return policy. I said, “But I just saw the commercial today and the pillow I bought had the man’s face and all the phone numbers” and she said, with contempt in her voice, “Oh, that commercial was made two years ago before he sold the company to “As Seen On TV.” Horrible scam product. Anyone interested in starting a Class Action Law Suit? I’m not kidding. This is an outrage!!!!!

I am not satisfied with this pillow.I still snore to beat the band and the pillow flattens and gets hot during the night. I do not feel it is worth the price.

I’ve had MyPillow for a couple of months. Initially I was disappointed by its appearance and apparent lumpiness. The first night it was definitely different than any other pillow I’ve had – and not necessarily in a good way! Wanted to give it a chance though instead of returning it immediately for a refund as I’d usually do. In a few days I noticed that I fell asleep faster and didn’t wake up with any neck/shoulder discomfort or pain.
But, being a cynic, I refused to attribute the increased comfort level to the pillow! After months, though, I now DO! Yes, I fluff it up like any other pillow when I make my bed in the morning, so it hasn’t become flat or hard as others reported. I love my MyPillow!

I purchased this pillow from a retailer, not the site. For quite some time I had watched the infomercials and thought I should try it since I have migraines. While using the pillow for a month or so I woke up with migraines more often than not. I called customer service because I saw on the site that there was a 60 comfort guarantee. I was informed by a rude customer service representative that this was not true for items purchased from a retail store. She said that all of the warrenties were only covered if I purchased it online. By the way, I did not purchase it online because the shipping seemed unreasonable. So, the pillow itself was no good and the customer service was no good. I give it a big thumbs down!

Three strikes and you’re out. My brother and sister-in-law bought a My Pillow. My brother couldn’t sleep when he used it. Instead of allowing him to sleep all night, he woke up constantly. Then my sister-in-law tried it and it hurt her neck. I “inherited” it, hoping it would be the solution to my sleeping issues. After just one night, I know I’ll never use it again. I woke up with a terrible headache. I slept fitfully, trying to arrange it right under my neck. I could’ve slept better with a pillowcase full of my daughter’s stuffed animals. Wow. What a rip off.

60 bucs rip off. Cheap pillow with high price tag. All those people on TV must have stock because it’s just another cheap pillow.
Review by Renee K January 4, 2013
Worst pillows we have ever bought. Lumpy, hot, and always waking up to refluff, give you a bad neckache. Not worth the money or time. Not to mention the sales woman had a bad attitude when we returned the pillows and charged a restock fee, so you will not get all of your refund. Which they fail to tell you. We bought cheaper beautyrest pillows and are much happier.

Anybody who knows anything about sleep cycles will know that their clam to a better REM deep sleep cycle is completely bogus! REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement. It is a short cycle of sleep where we are in a dream stage and generally only lasts 15 minutes or so. Deep sleep cycle happens before the REM cycle of sleep. Having said that, their claim becomes completely invalid.
