I lost my hearing last year do to an infection and had to have my ear canal reconstructed and it did not help. All my life I have had a hearing loss in my right ear and I can not afford a hearing aid. Before I bought your device I was on the verge of a breakdown as my family was getting upset and agitated because they had to repeat themselves so much. With the help of your device at least I am able to hear them. Sometimes it is hard as the device does not fit my ear properly and has a tendency to fall out doing certain things. But I just wanted you to know that with your device you have saved my life, so thank you so much for making this. I have been using it now for over 1 year.
